  • Though tiny, the bombardier beetle is a fascinating masterclass in design. Evolutionists claim that this explosive insect came about by chance, but frankly, that's impossible.
Hosts Trey and Michael are joined by Dr. Andy McIntosh and Dr. Brian Thomas to discuss this blast of a topic in episode 29 of Creation.Live.

Excellent, informative talk! Yes, all of creation shows purpose and design! All of creation declares the glory of God! Even the bombardier beetle. 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

May God bless you. I follow you from Egypt. Our church in Egypt adheres to the interpretation of the Book of Genesis, so I like your work and I hope that your knowledge will prevail over the whole world soon.❤

This is inspiring, insightful and encouraging. Watching from Nairobi, Kenya. It was good to see Dr. Andy when he came to Kenya.
Looking forward to something similar here, DV.

A very interesting talk. Thank you. :)
Another difference between the beetle’s chamber and the manmade one is that the humans had a model to use. They were duplicating an existing thing, with intelligence, hands, control of the method and materials, the ability to gather what they needed as well as the knowledge of what the options were for materials and how to acquire them. The beetle had no knowledge and limited access.

I love Dr. McIntosh's comment at 4:27 "It's God's wisdom that you're really discovering." Christian school science teachers should communicate this principle to their students every day in class.

    Speaking of valves,
"Evolution" built two human waste storage containers inside the human body, one for liquids and one for solids, with valves that close or open so that the waste can be retained or emptied at our discretion. Imagine if we had to wear Depends 24/7! Our landfills would be overflowing with diapers! This is a manifestation of wonderful mercy and foresight from our great god -- "evolution."

PreFlood oxygen content and pressure was greater than today. Copperhead snake venom toxicity is greatly reduced or eliminated when exposed in a hyperbaric chamber mimicing the preFlood atmosphere for two weeks. It would be interesting to see what changes would happen to the bombardier beetle if exposed to the preflood atmosphere in a hyperbaric chamber.

So before the fall, the first beetles may have used the apparatus to cook their meals. like a Texan barbeque!

And the most impressive aspect of the creation is, God didn't have to experiment or do it by trial and error. He made it all only one time knowing how all of it would work (perfect knowledge). We do things by trial and error. The theory of evolution is the biggest error we've ever made. God gets the glory!

'The theory of evolution is considered one of the most important scientific theories, serving as the *foundational principle* of modern biology, explaining the diversity of life on Earth, and providing a framework for understanding various biological phenomena across different fields like genetics, ecology, and medicine; essentially, it is the key to understanding how life has changed and adapted over time, making it *crucial* for research in various areas like medicine, agriculture, and conservation efforts'
      National Center for Biotechnology Information
Much of modern medicine is based directly upon evolutionary theory. Evolutionary biology is applied science, and it benefits all of us, including you.

Does anyone like the idea ( the dr's mention of the X2 Nazi missile made me think of this )
BUT that before the Fall this Beetles explosive personality was as such as the X2 in that it was actually a PULSE ENGINE and before the fall possibly had low pressure extendable foils that by having pulse engine rocketry was the worlds first ( and only ) MICRO JET PROPULSION ARTHROPOD ...
    I love the idea .
Our Creator is a poet , sculptor , scientist , artists of ALL THINGS GOOD AND PERFECT .....
Oh my Lord the things to come who accept your mercy .
I believe that ( possibly not jet propulsion micro Beatles ) { but maybe } the WISOM OF AN ETERNAL BEING JEHOVAH GOD IN TRIUNE HAS FOR US EXAMPLES TOO BEYOND THESE FEABLE IMAGINATIONS W CURRENTLY ARE LIMITED BY .
I feel sorry for those who have not yet seen the wonder of God in His creation .... His Creation is beyond description and understanding .
    What was that
    Psalms 25:1
I will look it up : powerful

God's word is documented history. Darwin's word was DOA.

    • @akmurf7429
      @akmurf7429 Місяць тому

AMEN! It is amazing how little Darwin knew. They have him on life support because his theories were dead in the water from the beginning. Here is what Evo's are asking me to believe. Over hundreds of thousands of years, with no witnesses, all the components of a 747 spontaneously produced themselves and remained in stasis avoiding thermodynamic degradation until all the needed components were available. Then, without any witnesses, they assembled themselves into a fully functional 747. I'm sorry. I can't believe that in any way. The fossil record shows fully functional designs with no intermediaries, which is exactly why S.J. Gould came up with the rescue mechanism of punctuated equilibrium in the first place to patch over the lack of evidence for evolution. Miraculously, all of a sudden, fully functional creatures sound like creations of God to me. When I see a complex machine or creature, I must logically infer it is designed by a designer. To do otherwise is lunacy and self-deception (Rom 1:20-22)!
