This amp is good for intimate settings. If you need more power you can hook it up to a powered speaker or to the house mixers and run the processed signal through the mains, then use the AC-60 as a monitor. The piezo processor is amazing and will warm up the tone of even a solid body guitar with a piezo bridge. love it. love it. love it.
Great looking and sounding amp..So hook this up to a powered speakers.Meaning straight from Roland into my powered speakers to get more botttom end or volume if need be?
Hey, just wondering what stand you have it sitting on around 2:23 or so into your video? I've had my AC-60 since around 2005--very beautiful, warm, and lush sounding amp. Chorus is fantastic. I play and enjoy bass guitar most of the time these days but I pull out the guitars every so often too. This amp and my Ovation Custom Legend acoustic/electric are quite the perfect match.
Great review thanks for sharing. Was that a live female vocal through the XLR or recorded and played back through the rear auxiliary? I have one and love it. It's a great package. Heavy but lots of extras. It would be nice if there was more clarity when playing back tracks, as music lacks definition but if playing from your phone you can adjust the music's eq from the phone or a mixer. That said, it is crystal clear with just vocals and guitar, would be nice to have Reverb and Delay simultaneously, but both sound great individually. The "sub out" and padded bag are fab. Any idea what the velcro strap at the back of the bag is for ? I'm stumped. Thanks 👍🏻
Almost anything can handle the frequencies I ehar you guys putting through it. What I'd like to hear is what kind of lower frequencies it can handle or reproduce. I've owned lots of Roland...Jupiter 8, a Roland Acoustic Chorus 100, etc. Helps to mic it the right way to deliver the lower stuff...
Hi ! cool video, we can hear what it gives ! Just a question : when you've played, did you really played on an electric-acoustic guitar, or with a solid-body with a piezo in the bridge ? It sounded a little bit electric, when I've heard the sound, that's the reason why I ask that, I certainly don't criticise. BYE !
what would be better a yorkville /traynor AM 100/150 or this? im in the market for a good amp for vocals and acoustic electric also im kinda up for using synth when needed they are both the same price right now foir me so hmmmm???
I have an Artcore Af75 Ibanez, and I want this one, but I am worried for a few things. 1. My guitar is electric. In all honestly I almost always just use soft effect ( I play jazz), but sometimes a fun effect for Jazz Fusion. This can damage the amp? 2. My girl sings in our duo. If she wants reverb for his voice, I will get reverb as well? Thanks :)
I'm a new singer. I want to start out doing open mics & playing in the street. I have a Martin Macassar GPCX2AE with Fishman Sonitone in it. Would AC-60 be too loud or should I get the AC-33. I want to mostly play acoustic Country. I have no idea.
I wouldn't normally comment, but this sounds beyond atrocious on piano. There is way too little gain and the patch is a pretty dodgy one to start with.

Hey, what is your opinion on this versus the Acoustasonic 30 DSP, LoudBox Mini, AGA70, AC75, AG-50DS4 and the like?
Great demonstration!

The AC60 has a very useful "subout" on the back, not necessary but if you have a sub worth plugging in for the low end thump
I am tempted to buy this for my boss gt10 and electric guitar. Probably it will sound better than my Fender amp. (for digital pedalboards with preamp)
Yes,I agree,they are excellent.Thank you.
would you reccomend over fishman or fender especially on voacals and acoustic guitar

are you playing an electric guitar through this amp? whats up with that
Does the channel 1/4 input be use for Mic? will it have less gain than the XLR input?
can we connect a Wavedrum on ?

Ac33 has built in Looper and battery last 11 hours I'd I'm correct. It's not as loud but battery powered...
Bluetooth?
No
No BT, but you can run a Bluetooth adapter the the RCA or Jack's in the back
thanks!
