  • Witness the POWER as soldiers unleash ROCKET ARTILLERY!
Wisconsin Army National Guard soldiers train with the M142 High Mobility Rocket System (HIMARS) system at Fort McCoy, WI -Total Force Training Center (October 17, 2020).
With more than 500 systems in operation globally, HIMARS provides precision firepower and flexible, superior accuracy from 15 to 499+ km range. Also transportable by C-130 Hercules and larger aircraft, ensuring the system is swiftly deployed.

Awesome! But why the old tech to load cartridge. Should be done in 1/3 the time all robotic with no personnel outside to be sniped or radiated 😎🇺🇸

The weapon is from the 1980s. To change that, you'd essentially need to get new rocket artillery, which I think is a good idea at this point, but not something you can do overnight. There's still likely going to be exposed personnel, but we can do faster, easier, and generally better than this nowadays.

Oh no, we shouldn’t be using that. Puts out way to much emission’s. Should be electric for the environment 😂

They want all military vehicles to be electric. If they did that US would lose the war and thats precisely what they want so they can get rid of the constitution which would happen if another country took over the US.

The takeoff speed is amazing... but where is the *"Precision"* ???

Very impressive firepower. But I don’t know if it competes with the Russians Katyusha rockets of WWII. When those things went off, up to 30 of them, the Germans just ran or gave up.

It’s a combination of accuracy and payload. The trucks depicted here are likely firing a rocket that’s far more accurate and far larger than a typical Katyusha rocket.
There are variants of rocket artillery featuring smaller rockets however.

quantity of missiles doesn't match up against quality and payload these missiles are way more accurate by 100% then those old mlrs but they're still cool to see them old relics
