Seems like I discover more and more about these two talented sisters every time I get on UA-cam. Gonna break down and joining the website fan club. As always sending positive thoughts and all good things.
I love the look on either Mona’s or Lisa’s face at the start of this video. In the painting of the Mona Lisa, she’s an unknown women who has a slight enigmatic smile on her face. The singer has that look of someone who wants to know. “Will you still feed me when I get old!!!? It’s the same look my younger sister gives her husband when he says something that she doesn’t like. Or when he is taking too long finishing his dinner because he’s talking too much and she’s been done for over 15 minutes. I call it “I want to serve dessert now!” look. I seen it every year at Thanksgiving or Christmas for decades. I have come to look forward to this nonverbal death stare. It’s a holiday tradition. I asked my who the picture reminded her of. She immediately said your sister!! Oh, and I loved he song too. Much more meaningful when you're of a certain age.
Great variation of this underrated song. Glad Lisa has her hair colored the more realistic and normal shade of red in this video, and I like Mona’s hairstyle. That said, their harmonizing is sublime.

Years ago when I first saw this I posted it on facebook, saying "look! You can have audible, great-sounding acoustic guitar in a recording! It doesn't have to sound terrible!" Because damn, this sounds amazing

That is such a compliment, thank you a whole lot! To be honest when we posted this we didn’t realize that were also 15-16 when we wrote most of the songs on „When We’re Together”, haha! Time passes by so fast, it’s crazy!
I listen to you when I want to feel happy, you never disappoint. I’m transported back to the sixties listening to the Beatles on my transistor radio. Thank you dear girls, thank you.
I love this particular McCartney song -- which he wrote on the occasion of his father's 64th birthday -- and then was teased unmercifully by his own kids on his 64th which came 14 years ago. I know this because he and I are the same age, having been born in the same year. I was born seven weeks after he was. I listened to this one frequently during my 64th year!
This was amazing!! I'm 72 so I have outlasted all the concerns and my wife still loves me and takes care of me in so many ways! It amazes me as to how the two of you can put you own stamp on such Iconic Beatles music. And yet make it your own in doing so. Don't stop please because you two have something special. As you once said, we want to bring back the 60s. And here you are.
Well.. I also herd this Beatle song at 7 years old.. Now Im 64.. Ha... Its been a fast ride. Keep up the good work Girls... Love MLT
These two fabolous sisters give the Beatles songs a new, fresh sense of musical knowledge.
What a beautiful 2nd voice. Your are great!
Muy buen gusto musical.
Un abrazo
I love it - it makes me smile to see two good friends singing happily together, keep on duetting forever.
More than 'good friends' - they're sisters, and twins to boot
to Mr. Wagner - thank you for sharing your family's talent with all of us!
This is fantastic... Evrything spot on.. Tempo. Guitaring.. Vocals.. Excellent cover.. BRAVO LADIES👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Absolutely amazing. I know this is old. I hope you guys still see this stuff. You two do the Beatles proud. I grew up with them. And you two do an incredible job of recreating what they did. Not an easy task. Incredible reproduction of their music. They were great. But, you two are just as good. Wow!
thats just oh so perrrrrfect.. The make up, voices, guitars, effects on recording, and these two young ladies too young to sing beatles but singing beatles anyway, and oh gosh singing beatles so niceeeeeeeeeely. THUMBS UP!!!!!!!!
I love the vintage look you brought to this piece, the grainy film style, costuming, backset, mic, everything is conceptually unified and your rendition of the song has that vintage Andrews Sisters sound... well done!
Today I must congratulate myself. I searched for this title and discovered you. I immediately got goose bumps! Thumbs up, this is an absolutely great interpretation, Sir Paul would be astonished!
I'm 64 today so just had to come back and play this. I've already received my birthday video from Mona and Lisa so it has been a good day!!
Well I'm past 64 and get readying to turn 70 in a few weeks. Never have heard this song but it does have some cool lyrics and beat. Fabulous harmony.
absolutely fantastic...my favorite of the beatles "silly" songs...great great cover!!!
Speaking as a life long Beatles fan who never really liked this song, your version was a lot of fun to listen to and brought a much needed smile to my face 😊
Quando voce tiver 64 anos, voce vai gostar.
Speaking as someone who thinks the Beatles are overrated, I like the original version, and have no idea what your problem is.
YOU NEVER LIKED *** t h i s *** SONG ? ? ? ? ?
i m lost .......
Thank you so much for this. I just turned 64 and yes, she still needs me, she still feeds me!
Brilliant, absolutely BRILLIANT, no further words needed
Они взаимно вдохновляют друг друга, и это чувствуется в каждой их ноте. Их интонации сливаются в единое целое, создавая мелодию, которая проникает в самую душу. ❤
The Beatles version was Just before this one played, and before I could change it, it started. Wow, was I ever glad that happened. This is almost perfect
That wasn't what I was looking for. It was awesome!! Gkad I stumbled upon it. Loved it⚘
Just beautiful people making beautiful music restores faith in people
Years ago when I first saw this I posted it on facebook, saying "look! You can have audible, great-sounding acoustic guitar in a recording! It doesn't have to sound terrible!" Because damn, this sounds amazing
Great cover! As usual. Everything you perform is so much better than anything else out there today.
Ladies, it's always wonderful listening to you. Your vocal harmonies are lovely.
I've been following these wonderful young women for quite a few years. I have as yet to her anything they have done that is bad, or even less than extremely good. This one though is outstanding. Carry on lasses, we all love your work!
This may sound corny but...watching y'all is like watching two angels from heaven. Divine energy for sure and the Beatles are no doubt proud of this
I thought 64 years old was a long way off. .
It makes me happy to hear you sing like this.
it's the best!
I like your rendition, done in the style of the 20s. That's the way Paul wrote it, but you made it more so ! =)
You should look up their version of Maxwell's Silver Hammer.
This is really fantastic! Amazing voices and fun arrangement!
Seriously, your own songs, written at 15-16 years of age, are just as good as this one by young Paul. I hope the world recognizes that one day.
Had to sign in to like this version. Wow... yall nailed it. Perfect performance too.
Fabulous vocals and music thanks for sharing thumbs yup regards 💕👍🎤🎸😏🍀
This was amazing!! I'm 72 so I have outlasted all the concerns and my wife still loves me and takes care of me in so many ways! But back to the song, that might be one of the best duets of that song ever..........it was perfectly synchronized and every beat hit the mark....... I'm going to listen and enjoy it some more right now!!!
Been following you guys for the past 7 yrs now i guess and just revisiting the videos! God what a trip! Got me through quite a few things back then! Just wanted to say thank you! Keep rockin!💥
It's amazing!
in the 0:50 minute the guitar! it's it's.... wonderful!
Wonderful! A joy to watch and listen. The Beatles come alive again with the way you both do the songs.
I absolutely love this, there's nothing about it I don't like and I just adore your look in this video (also your look in Maxwells Silver Hammer). Brilliant production. You deserve great success.
Mona, your voice combined with Lisa's is incredible. The guitar playing. Super. Love your renditions.
Superb musicianship. Their clarity of diction is amazing.
Very creative lady's.....I just love how you've arranged this song''
Why I have never come across your music before.... It is actually helping my anxiety, so thank you.
This is awesome! You young ladies are so talented. Just beautiful in every way.
It's particularly refreshing to see enthusiasm and cheeriness when so many of your contemporaries fuel female stereotypes in negative ways. You exude all the qualities they intend and try to (but do not). Well done!
Taking a great classic song and putting such an upbeat twist to it was like the pleasure in watching one of those extreme makeover shows - a great basis revealed in an unexpected and fabulous new way.
(how could ANYONE give a thumbs down is so unimaginable, tsk, shame on them)
Wonderful! I am so proud of you, young and fresh voices, singing music for all times.
Thank you Ladies, I became 64 this year, this (cover)song is a great gift. It makes me feel younger !!!
WOW Mona! Awesome, awwweeeeesoooommmeee vocal performance! We'd love to hear more of that! :)
