    priming to reduce working against your own body's resistance makes everything flow, use less energy & makes you less prone to injury!
    Could you do more primers based on specific sports...perhaps starting with swimming training😉👍
    Waving arms around the place just doesn't cut it😅

      Major ball sports
      Major free sports
      Sort of swim, run,cycle,row
      ,surf,ski,tennis,golf,football,basketball...
      Sport specific primers just like the BJJ & gym primers you've done👍
      Simple & effective is good!😊

      Hi Guys
      Any advice on wrist injury recovery & carpal tunnel?
      Old skateboarding injuries have caught up with me restricting most upper body training which long term is a disaster.
      Ps dont try Indian skittle training for more mature athletes😕😉
