Would this troubleshooting method work on a split system that isn’t cooling in cool mode , all pressures are reading right, coils are clean, filters are clean, duct work is keeping good airflow R8 flex residential home ?

I dont have 24 volts to the RV selnoid. Any ideas?

If its in heating mode shouldn't the fan be off ?
No
No but it should during defrost
