I'm no fan of metalcore (unless you count Avenged Sevenfold, not really sure if they are or not), and I'm definitely no fan of Christian music, but this, this right here, is absolutely amazing. Just one listen and I was hooked. That being said, I've had this song on repeat for over 10 times
I never used to like this kind of metal until I heard For Today! Their music is anointed. Yeah its really too bad they are not a band anymore, but there still is a ton of good Christian Metalcore.

don't get me wrong i love for today and the crowd was pretty good for the most part, but god that is the lamest pit i've ever seen lol
Quien creeria que esto es cristiano...? Alguien se imagina a Jesus en medio de un concierto de estos? Que en medio de esas personas golpeandosen habitaria el espiritu Santo??? Yo no lo creo...
Quien creería que en el tiempo de Cristo los fariseos quienes conocian la ley de tapa a tapa eran totalmente incoherentes con la sana doctrina no? Muchos atribuyen generos al enemigo y afirman que el diablo creo el metal, y demas generos. Permitime decir que el diablo no crea nada, es ladron. Durante muchos años la iglesia al atribuirle la cualidad de "crear" al diablo, inutilizo herramientas, sea la radio (LA VOZ DEL DIABLO), la tv (LA CAJA DEL DIABLO), etc... Dios creo la música y le dió al ser humano la capacidad de crear, interpretar y desarrollar dones, habilidades y talentos. "Que en medio de esas personas golpeandosen habitaria el espiritu Santo??? Yo no lo creo..." no es nada personal kevin... pero no estamos juzgando basados en esa postura? Acaso no dice la palabra que se conoce al arbol por sus frutos? Un recital o concierto de For Today, August Burns Red, ETC... no es solo para que cristianos vayan, es un espacio abierto donde gente que NO conoce a Cristo va y lo disfruta a su manera, en este caso podemos decir que de una forma poco agradable a la vista o costumbre... ellos disfrutan... pero quien convence de pecado y de juicio, es EL ESPIRITU SANTO. Recordemos que a Jesús le dijeron que echaba fuera demonios por medio de belzebu... y... eso es blasfemia. Tengamos cuidado con lo que juzgamos, porque no somos quien para señalar.

A mi si me edifica, veo hacer mas a ellos por la generación que se pierde y va al infierno que a muchos de traje y corbata. Y si "esta comida es impura para tus labios" no deberias consumirla, es asi de simple. No sea que por tu comida alguien caiga, somos cartas abiertas diria el Apostol Pablo. Debemos redimir la musica con nuestro testimonio. "El reino lo arrebatan los valientes" (otras versiones dicen "VIOLENTOS") y no creo que estos que arrebatan el reino de los Cielos teman gritar... Lo que me parece es que en lugar de ver la forma... podemos ver la cantidad de personas que conocieron a su creador a través de bandas como Sleeping Giant, su frontman Thomas Green es un exponente de donde está el verdadero foco, en PREDICAR EL EVANGELIO, sin diluirlo como tantas veces se da por $$$.
Ni siquiera sabes todo lo que hace esta banda por el evangelio! ni siquiera sabes donde esta tocando! Es un concierto secular por lo tanto es obvio que el publico se comporte asi y ellos están ahí llevando el evangelio con la musica, con sus vidas y sobre todo PREDICANDO, hablando en el escenario de Dios! y tu vienes a criticar un genero musical solo por que no te gusta? Primero infórmate bien religioso y después ven a opinar ok?
