jimmydiresta You make great stuff, I get that. But lots of people do. You wanna know what keeps me coming back over and over? It's your presentation. I like that you speak through your actions and waste no words. I like that you don't play music over the top of the wonderful shop sounds that we all know and love -those sounds are music enough. As a DIY'er, I especially appreciate how much you teach us and how much time you spend answering questions, I know it takes a lot of time and effort to satiate the masses. Thank you, Jimmy. Keep rockin' baby!
I gotta say this. And I maybe wrong, but I think glue and nails have a special place in your heart. In every video I've seen you always glue something then nail it. And the nails are only spaces like 3 or 4 inches apart. Make sure it doesn't come apart and it's built to last!
Beautiful and practical design! Loved the custom wood filler! Really enjoyed both wood and metal working! Thanks for sharing another awesome build with us!
To make the dado cuts, I would place a block between the part and the stop, make the cut, pull out the block, and make the opposite side cut. No measuring. Then remove the material between the two cuts. I love coming up with smart moves and shortcuts, and even I have learned a few things watching you. Thanks for all of the sharing you've done.
There should be a drinking game called "Spot The DiResta." Every time you see the word DiResta in one of his videos, you have to drink. People would be dying of alcohol poisoning while enjoying custom projects.
There is 2 things I love about your channel.. Something about the fast forwarded videos I love and you my friend are skilled. Makes me want to get out in my shop and create things. But that's hard with a 3 year old girl and a 6 month old boy and my wife working all the time. When I do get a chance to get out there I have your amazing videos to motivate me!! Thank you for giving me something to watch when my kids are napping LOL.. On another note I would love to have something with your brand on it to support you! Great work man keep em coming and ill keep watching
My favorite part was at 11:14 when the guy in the brown coat goes to grab a particular bottle and someone else gets it first so he doesn't take one at all. Great video!
Your videos are the best. Perfect match for my taste. New listener to the "Making It" Podcast. Especially love the way you thumb your nose at the purest snobs who think there is only one way to do something. One of my favorite tools is an ice pick as well. Keep up the good work.
Nice! The bottle opener definitely works, but it might be less messy to have one that allows the bottle to lever down instead of sideways. It is still cool.
jimmydiresta this comment made me laugh, I instantly imagined a bunch of people waiting around like "come on,we are thirsty, it's good enough!" Then "Look now he's staining it!" :-)
Kevin Stempien Ha! Then someone says, "But the beer won't be cold until he builds a refrigerator to cool it down. We're going to be waiting for beer forever."
Love this J D every man wants to roll up with one of these to party, light bulb moment get a version of this on wheels wow totally inspired thanks J D.
It's 1 am and I can't stop watching Diresta videos.

Brandon Libby wow thank you brother!! thank you!!
The bottle openers built into the end of the handles are a nice touch.
Awesome, brass hardware and metal handle really set it apart and make it pop!
Excellent craftsmanship! Love the bottle opener handle.
Excellent! Especially like the opener built into the handle!
What a terrific piece of craftsmanship from the begining to the end. Congratulations!
I like the bottle opener incorporated into the handle, great job!

great project, especially with the build in beer opener
I really enjoyed the opener embedded bottles!
Watching that box go together in high speed was super satisfying!
I like those brass finishes! Where metal and wood collide.
To make the dado cuts, I would place a block between the part and the stop, make the cut, pull out the block, and make the opposite side cut. No measuring. Then remove the material between the two cuts.

Absolutely beautiful. I love mixing wood and metal. The brass screws are a perfect accent. Love your work JD

Wow what an amazing project, you never cease to amaze me!!!
Such a handsome, sturdily built case, worthy of carrying the best beers in the world... and they put Budweiser in it.
finally jimmy has build something truly useful, something that humanity as a specias has been in need of for many many years.
This was a cool project. Specially liked the opening device on the bar handle. You are a huge inspiration for me!! Keep it up!
What a fun and creative build! Great job (as always).

Hoegaarden, Stella Artois and Budweiser classic! DiResta knows something about good beer :)
Very nice, i like the detail!

+Chris Moore I was thinking similar. Guy must have had a ton of tools get stolen for his name to be on literally everything.
+Travis Fisher My though is that he does this to watermark his videos.
+Chris Moore Sometimes I wonder if there name obsessions.
He commented on video that it was his way of watermarking his videos so that they cannot get stolen successfully.
I bet when he was a kid he wrote his name on EVERYTHING
Loucura total !!!!!......
Beautiful! As always. The cutting of the tennons looks like the making of a table saw tips video. Keep up the good work Jimmy, you inspire us.
I've never seen a drink case with such a sturdy handle, but it's a good idea.
As always Jimmy, pure genius!
Keep em coming!

I love it, Jimmy. I just like wooden boxes of all kinds for some reason. I will have to try and make one I guess.

Wow, you're creativity has no limits. Great job and keep up the good work. Cheers!
Nice project.
Watching the fast motion of Jimmy sanding by hand made me think, "Jimmy the Power Sander". :)
a thing of beauty good job jimmy as always
Hoegaarden! Great work Jimmy! I love the handle
Love the contrast with the Ipe against the White Oak, Jimmy.
I wish Jimmy would have painted DiResta on all of the beers.
Beautiful!
My favorite part was at 11:14 when the guy in the brown coat goes to grab a particular bottle and someone else gets it first so he doesn't take one at all. Great video!
první věc, co se mi od DiResta nelíbí, moc masivní a těžké.
Interesting assortment of beers! Great video, as always.
beautiful as always...bravo Jimmy!
beautiful and awesome!
Pure genius!!!!

great stuff again, want that in my room
Nice! The bottle opener definitely works, but it might be less messy to have one that allows the bottle to lever down instead of sideways. It is still cool.
I figured he would have countersunk(sinked) the screws in the bottom.
***** My first thought was to get some of those little rubber feet that you screw onto the bottom. Use the handle screws to hold the feet on.
Matt de Oliveira not enough room in the wood i will put rubber feet to meet the screws from hitting the ground first
Matt de Oliveira no problem.. was also after closing time at the hardware store... and the party people were waiting!! had to make due!
