Pelican Bass Raider 10E No-Hole Anchor Tutorial

I would try putting the trolling motor on the front and add a simple rudder on the rear. There are lots of videos showing how to build it. Good luck 👍

I have a bass raider also…no holes in my boat…I made a floating casting deck front and rear…Scotty mount anchor screwed into the deck, trolling motor with a rudder and attached on the front of the boat. Sonar also screwed into the deck…Works great. I wish it was a 12 footer though an extra 2 feet on this pontoon plastic bot would have been way better

I'd say just attach an anchor cleat either to or in place of the handle.

Instead of a dowel rod...would PVC work better?
