    what software are you using to transpse th eong?

    • @insomniakidmonkey
      @insomniakidmonkey  Рік тому

      Planning Center usually drops or raises the pitch when you select the key. If you have access to Playback, it can do different keys.

    Thanks for posting this Michael, sounds great! Would you mind sharing how you got your tone for this song?
    I play through a Pod Go, but would love to try and match your tone for our worship set this Sunday

    Hi brother question for the bending you struck the D shape and the bending on A note to B ??

    • @insomniakidmonkey
      @insomniakidmonkey  2 роки тому +1

      Correct. I’m fretting the G and B string and strumming those two only while simultaneously bending the A note to a B (Sometimes I don’t get the full bend in because the G string is hard to bend at the 2nd fret).

    did you have any trouble putting Schaler's on your Gretsch?

    • @insomniakidmonkey
      @insomniakidmonkey  Рік тому

      I didn’t add Schalers. Everything is stock with the exception of the Bigsby and the Tru-arc bridge. The Bigsby was a little bit of a struggle. The Bridge is floating so that’s a simple swap.

      @@insomniakidmonkey oh...what kind of strap lock do you use?

    • @insomniakidmonkey
      @insomniakidmonkey  Рік тому

      @@jordanwestengaard120 sorry, that’s my mistake. I thought you were referring to the tuning machines. I believe those were those newer nicer Schallers, but I’ve stopped using strap locks since. I don’t really need them like I use to think I did.

    Thank you for learning this in G. Just tried to play it the same way they do, but in G..... sounded so bad HAHA

      Jon!!! I’m glad you found it useful. I really need to move all these play through videos into a separate channel. Right now everything on here is a hodgepodge of everything lol. Hope you’re doing well!

      @@insomniakidmonkey Thanks, man! I hope you and family are doing well, too! Yeah, man, I'll be your first subscriber! Our church JUST started worshipping with a full band (I know, right?! hahaha). I'm mainly on Bass duty, but our electric guitarist was kind enough to switch every now and then HAHA

    The pitched down vocals make it sound like the devil is worshipping lol

    Not going to have anything to do with songs that comes out of a church that believes in dominionism, Kingdom Now or the New Apostolic Reformation.... Bethel, Hillsong, Elevation, etc.
