@@iansanderson7233 golden cake is still on my to do list too. I dont have any good tips yet, so my best guess would be to just active farm with ES for ghosts and clammies.
The three bullets can be crafted without the anvil. (I think it might have something to do with the old boomer quest chain) Everything else though needs to be crafted in w1 town :)
Hope the video was helpfull to you - i can tell that i am currently at 1 Million anvil-2 tabs and that they are coming along much faster than expected!

How are you crafting while farming the mobs?

CRAFTING IN INVENTORY IS VERY FAST you can also ALTTAB in the process, no need to hold the mouse for 10 mins
