150 Kg is the maximum permitted additional weight on the chassis, it is different to a towbar (hitch in US) weight limit where the load is on a single point. US regulations are also very very different to here in Europe.
@@aguyinback Actually a class 2 hitch is only 350 tongue weight. Remember with a trailer the when you bouncing the trailer and tongue hand the weight. With just a cargo mounted in to the hitch all the bouncing is on the hitch. 300 pounds on the hitch dead load turns in to 1,000 pound live load when you start to bounce it.
