Malcom’s speeches saved/set the tone for our season. In particular the speech after the Rams game when we clinched the division and after Carson got hurt. I went to that Sunday night game and didn’t turn on the TV or go online until Wednesday I was that depressed. The the first thing I saw was Malcom’s post game speech and as soon as he said “Carson being out of it sucks but we set this up for whoever is in this room that’s who we ride with. It’s championships and that’s it. “
