This is the best scenario you have explained,I don't think so with 5 to 6 percent swp you will run out of actual investment in sometime...this looks very optimistic but real time scenario is different

Total amount will be credited to your account i.e., TDS will not be deducted. If tax is required to pay, that will be paid while tax filing.

We have to pay tax as per STGC AND LTGC and upto 1.25lks examption for LTGC
DON'T COMPARE WITH NORMAL TAX SLAB EXAMPTION
