Nifty SIP CAGR returns in last 5 years around 18% (16% in case of lumpsum CAGR returns). So, 23% SIP CAGR returns are very good returns. Try to understand it is not lumpsum investments where you see more than double returns with these returns, in SIP last one year investments are also there. So, you may see returns (in terms of amount) could be slower in the initial years till some corpus is created, then compounding workout. Real estate is different asset class which requires lakhs of rupees investing to start with. You cannot invest in real estate with just Rs10000 or 15000.
