      yeah like at multiple points she specifically says that's not what she wants to do. We should really call what she did to Trisha what it is, revenge porn, which is another sex crime on top of sending it to a MINOR.

    • @DosYeobos
      @DosYeobos Рік тому +24

      Nah, the sending to a minor part is wrong ofc but sending videos/images of a pcrnstar is NOT revenge pcrn. She sells nude photos and videos of her having sex and engaging in sexual acts, it’s simply behind a paywall. It’s no different to pcrn sites that charge a subscription to access their premium videos, and people sharing the content they paid to access for free on Reddit pcrn subs. Leaking only fans content is not revenge pcrn and to label it as such does a disservice to actual victims. If I have an only fans, anyone can purchase that content, and if it gets into the hands of someone who didn’t purchase it the only “harm” that was done is that it was not paid for, so piracy essentially. An example of actual revenge pcrn would be if I send a nude to my boyfriend and he then puts it on the internet after we break up.

      @@DosYeobos Actually I do think what Colleen did to Trisha falls in the revenge porn category (or borderlines). The example you gave is a correct example, but I believe the term is broader than just a previous partner spreading explicit photos without consent (it feels like the most common tho).
      The definition of revenge porn:
      revealing or sexually explicit images or videos of a person posted on the internet, typically by a former sexual partner, without the consent of the subject and in order to cause them distress or embarrassment.
      Although Trisha did release those photos on the internet herself, I think the fact Colleen was sending them to people who weren’t suppose to have access to her content just to make fun of her is at least in the grey area around revenge porn.
      Edit: I think it’s also the fact Colleen is literally famous and sending to fans also plays into the fact that it’s not just two friends talking badly about an adult content maker. It is far more public than a private conversation looking at the bigger picture.

    • @evagand
      @evagand Рік тому +72

      @@DosYeobosI believe it IS revenge porn. Even if Trisha put the photos out there herself, it was behind a pay wall. Her former friend, Colleen, sent these photos to fans as a way to shame her and make fun of her body. In what way is this not revenge porn?

    • @jandjproductions2817
      @jandjproductions2817 Рік тому +36

      @@DosYeobos Even if it isn't revenge porn, which i think it is, it is still illegal because those pornographic images and videos are behind a paywall which falls under copyright, due to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Also this was talked about in the video but it would also be illegal if she sent them to Adam, and even if she didn't send it to Adam, it would still be illegal and the victims have proof of it.

      @@jandjproductions2817 Copyrights disputes between individuals often don't qualify for prosecution under criminal copyrights law, so people rarely go to jail for them, but showing p*rnography to a child under 16 falls under US federal obscenity laws that protect minors, and I believe some states can have stricter laws around that as well, which would make her actions truly criminal. Revenge p*rn is also criminal as it's sexual exploitation.

    seeing the actual context of the “cheeseball” joke is shocking. the whole joke… is her teaching kids how to go on a date with an adult, in the woods where “no one can hear you”, and encouraging them to touch her genitals. and you know this is the exact joke she’s making because she follows it with “it’s not what it seems like, there’s snacks in my pants”. she knows what it seems like, and it seems like an adult molesting a child. she doesn’t pretend the Miranda character is a child, evident by her telling the nine year old boy she’s too old for him. it’s actually insane. the whole entire skit is a grooming and molestation joke! that doesn’t happen by accident.

      The same thing happened with the underwear incident. Literally immediately after a child asked her to send him her underwear, she commented that his parents would think that her doing that would be so inappropriate and upset them a lot, but she still did it anyway! Like she makes it so obvious that she KNOWS the things she's doing are wrong but she just does them anyway. After a while it becomes either baffling or damning evidence that there's a certain p or g word reason why she's doing these things. Because those children are then so much more susceptible to accepting this kind of behavior from other adults, without realizing that there is anything wrong with it and that its inappropriate.
      So then you get a kid who doesn't think they'd anything weird about reaching an adults pants for "snacks" especially because they not only got positive reinforcement for it before (with the audience laughing and having a good time), but their parents also have our their tacit approval by allowing it to happen and doing nothing. So the next time they're coached to do something like that, by an adult who DOES have indenting to hurt them, they think it's just a fun, silly game and have no idea that they're being preyed join and groomed for abuse.

Which is bad enough ! I didn’t however think it was any type off creepy sexual behavior for children ! Just extreme lack of judgement and someone who forgot the ages of the ages of people she interacted with , which is easy in a virtual set ! But sending unsolicited porn to anybody, especially underage people, even for some type of lols , especially to be cruel is just plain insane ! I always thought she wasn’t fine in the head but thought it was due to being dumb but turns out it is much more malicious ! She is a textbook 17 year old mean girl still , despite being almost 40 and that is enough of a lack of common sense ! Some people take the argument that Becky "chose to volunteer" or "chose to go to the show" where she was sexually assaulted on stage, but fail to mention the events leading up to it. Becky stated that she dressed in a revealing way because Colleen gave preferential treatment to kids dressing in a revealing way. That is Colleen making the active choice to include a bit in her show that will lead to more kids dressing revealing. She then chose to call up a child dressing in the way she encouraged for a bit that Becky did not dress for, and both physically and socially forced her into a sexual position in front of a large audience of more children. Obviously Becky could not have said "No, I'm not doing that" when she's on stage in front of a ton of screaming kids who idolize Colleen. Becky was a child. Colleen was 30 years old. You're very lucky your parents protected you here! Imagine they didn't realize how inappropriate it was. Imagine if you kept watchinf the show and godforbid entered that online chat or got called on stage at one of her shows. It feels like a lot, if not all of the kids who went on stage were either the victim of her sexual stuff or the victim of her bullying/mean personality. (Like Swoop said better than I can- imagine being Becky. You're called on stage to someone you admired. Wearing a revealing outfit because Colleen encouraged her viewers to do so. And then put into a sexual pose on the stage *and* made the butt of her stupid fart joke. I love bathroom humor and I didn't find it funny at all when I watched the clip, it just felt creepy and mean towards Becky. Like imagine being embarrassed like that in front of a ton of people, that could lead to self esteem issues especially when you're a teen. 😢
      I watched a few Miranda Sinfs episodes just to see what her show was about as I never heard od her before a month or so ago. The show felt cringey to me, I couldn't get the humor and the sexual stuff hidden throughout the episodes gave me the creeps.
      I feel you really dodged a bullet, even if you never joined that online chat or saw a live show. I feel bad for the kids who watched a lot of her content, like their minds could be corrupted. In the 60s and 50s you could let your kids go over to their teacher's house for lemonade after school without a worry. Nowadays that just screams "PEDOPHILE". Older people, particularly parents, know the idea of stranger danger and not leaving their kids with adults they don't trust, but they can't recognise the idea of an adult slowly planting seeds to groom a child to earn their trust, then violating them. That's probably why adults at her shows never really did anything - she's just an entertainer making a joke on stage right? She didn't directly do anything, so surely the jokes are nothing more and nothing less?

    I had a guy try and successfully unhook my bra in a public library after I punched him in the face and told him no and he just smiled and told me he liked me or some shit but I remember being a minor or very young and cried on the bathroom.
    Another time he blocked me against a wall and he told me because I didn't instantly tell him it was messed up because I got scared I supposedly liked it
    And he was in his twenties while I was a minor. And he would hurriedly jump in my DM's and say he won't do it again only to repeat his actions and the adult in charge of the club didn't kick him out because she was also a cunt.
    So yes, it does matter that a grown ass adult woman is doing this to children who do not know any better or put their trust in an adult to treat them appropriately and she didn't........

      @@justkiddin84100% agreed. If she was a dude, she no doubt would of been arrested and in jail…. Not a doubt in my mind …
      Just picture if a 31 (at the time) year old man was asking minor children to “send pics” of their @ss….. or a 31 year old man sent nude photos of Trisha paytas to minor children and commented on the photo….
      Or if a 31 year old man was texting (group chat) under age children and talking to them about “their first sexual experience”…. Or if a 31 year old man was asking for minor children to put tampons in their mouth and send photos of it…
      Or if a 31 year old man was asking about minor females starting their period….
      Or if a 31 year old man was asking minor children about what s.exua.l positions they liked….
      100% that 31 year old man would of been arrested already….
      Also…. What’s coming to light now about s.exua.l abuse in Hollywood of children …. Maybe there is a more sinister thing going on here….
      At first I was thinking she was just very bizarre and weird…..now… I’m starting to wonder if she’s an actual, true groomer… grooming children for some sort of real s.exua.l abuse…..
      Because everyone including her very own brother, was talking to children inappropriately…. There is more going on here….

      Second- I don't know if it makes a difference but I definitely don't look down on you. I've never drank (for context, I'm 34) because I was abused by an alcoholic but I know you're fighting a battle here, not an inherently terrible person. And most importantly- you're doing the work, you actively fighting it. That's badass and I'm proud of you.
      I know it doesn't undo the stigma but my point is to let you know there are people out that, even with justification to be biased, don't hold your struggle against you. Keep it up- you're proving those idiots wrong every day and they could never fight that hard.

    I’m 23 and teach middle school, I can’t even begin to think what made her believe this was okay. Despite being close in age to my kids, part of the same generation AND having similar communication styles, I obviously recognize that they are literally CHILDREN. I have the desire to educate and serve as a mentor, and hopefully be some form of a second parent. I’m 23. She was 27?!?! AHHHHHHH
    When I was a kid, I always thought she used her character to justify her actions as some sort of loophole. I wonder what happened to her to make her think this way. It would not justify her behavior, but I’m curious. I’m glad I never became a fan of hers and just thought of it as this weird fake personality.

    You know what, no matter how insane these all are, I'm actually relieved to know that the parents who were in those live shows were smart enough to understand what was wrong with Colleen. Also, it's insane that her adult fans have already came out to talk about how disturbing her shows were years before Adam even came out with his allegations. It's so messed up to think that the reason she got away with this for so long was because majority of her viewers are kids who don't know any better.
    She groomed these kids into becoming her "army". She urged kids into dressing suggestively so she could sexualize and objectify them infront of hundreds of people. She made a community of kids that are desensitized with grooming and power abuse and sexual harrassment so that when she's in trouble, they'd blindly protect and defend her. To them, this is normal. They've grown accustomed to it that they don't really understand how messed up this situation is. She buried little seeds inside these kids head. She'd talk shit about someone in their group chat so those kids would hate that person. She'd urge them to attack them and we have proof of that. That is not just speculation. She sends them as if they're her minions. She made these kids do her bidding. She's conditioning them to do everything she wants them to do. That's not just grooming, that's some cult stuff. I'm pretty sure that's cult leader behavior.
