They left out the part of their video where they waited for three weeks after the order was placed before they shipped the part. Apparently, they don't have parts in stock when you order them. They have to order them from Ferrari and then get them and then ship them. So, you might be waiting for 5 or 6 weeks with your car sitting in the shop before you receive your item.
Hi Richard, we're sorry you've had a bad experience with us. Usually we have find a part a customer needs in our warehouse, as we have over 40,000 square feet of storage space full of parts, but occasionally we do have to source parts from the original suppliers. 5-6 weeks is a much longer time than our average waiting period, and we have implemented new systems since you have written this comment which mean it's now a faster process than ever. We hope you will consider using Eurospares again in future.
