TieBreak - EA7 - Alcaraz vs Sinner (7-6), 7-5tb (Expert) - match point saved.
Hi all, I’m a casual gamer that mainly plays FM, but after finding this gem of a game I’ve decided to upload some TieBreak content for viewing.
Following the EA7 update, after trying to get to the stage of not embarrassing myself with the new service mechanic (which the idea of, I really like) & in addition to being made aware of the compete nerf of top spin with the flat shot now superior along with the increased gameplay speed, I have now tried again to play on the Expert difficulty setting, whilst continuing the only way a novice using a joypad can play - shorten the points, serve and volley =)

I played with Alcaraz this time around, as he was the player I had 15 double faults in a set with on this new serving mechanic.
There wasn’t as many this time around, but there were a fair few (I ended up with 5 double faults) and despite starting really strongly and running away with this game, Sinner somehow came back, and at times just wasn’t missing.
From 4-0 down, he then went ahead 4-5 and was threatening to win the match with me ending up playing catch up. But I somehow held my nerve and forced a tiebreak.
And this ended up being such a tight one as well, and by the end of this match it was only 2 points difference in the end that separated us.
Definitely a match for the ages, at least mine!
*What I did appreciate in this one, was at times Sinner’s level being a bit lower, but at other times it sure felt he raised it and I couldn't live with his new level - this was good to experience in this match.*
