Fuji Instax SP-2 Print Test and Tips

Just sharing the results of my print tests using the Fujifilm Instax SP-2, and my tips on preparing your image for printing on this printer *UPDATE* I just got an Instax mini link, so I’ll be sharing my test results comparing it to the SP-2

Thanks for the feedback and watching :) there are definitely good deals to be had with the SP2 as stores are getting rid of their remaining stock

Quick question, when you made the JPEG’s from your camera. Did you have it set for Small 3:2 or large 3:2 And did you see a difference in resolution?

Hi Brian, I set it to large jpeg. I did do a test shot where I lowered the resolution of the image to 800x600 pixels (to match the dpi resolution of the printer) and also saw no difference, so small jpeg should be more than enough resolution for this printer :)

Can you do a video like this using instax mini link :)

Hi Ecel - I’ll look into it, but there’s less of a need with the Mini Link, because it’s better at printing the image as it would appear on the screen. Thanks for your comment :)
