Thank you so much! I have a 2018 Honda Accord Hybrid and your instructions worked great. Fuse positions Column 45, 3rd slot up for On/Off and Fuse position 34 for Always On was just what I needed to know about installing a Rexing V3 Dashcam Hardwire Kit which has a line for Always On and a line for On/Off, and the ground wire. Great Video

Yall sure 48 (columm 45, 3 slots up) gives ACC power.. I put my multimeter on it in Accessory mode and nothing.. Number 4 which is made for ACC.. In Assessory Mode worked

hope someday the car manufacturers will make a bit easier to install add-ins to their cars... just give us a couple of USB ports to plug stuff into them without wiring

the car does have usb but i don't want the wire to hang from top to bottom.

On the tesla you don't even need dashcam bc they are built in. Would be cool if they installed radar and laser detection. Jammer would be nice but not legal in all states. Maybe it could use logic depending on geolocation

So what fuse number do I need to support parking mode for the vantrue n2? I want it to record while car is off

    • @businessmanph

Use volt meter. Make sure the car is off. Pull a similar fuse and check to see if there is a charge. Let me know if it affects your car battery. I always wondered.

For some reason, 43 and 45 are both not working 😢 I might need to see Mechanic, I watched your video 10 times almost.
I'm trying to install vantrue itself. It looks like my camera is not powering on even after my car is powered ON

How many wires do you have. 2 or 3. Red and black. Or red black and yellow

      @@businessmanph @Phuong Hua this should help...learn.sparkfun.com/tutorials/how-to-use-a-multimeter/measuring-voltage
You were using AC voltage on your meter to read a DC system. When you measured at 2:05 and said "026" it meant absolutely nothing. Had your multimeter been on DC volts, it would have read somewhere around 12.5.
