Glad you had a great birthday. Yeah, 30 was the only weird one I ever had. 35…39…and even 40 wasn’t so bad. And it’s unreal how quickly the last 4 years have gone.

Aaaa happy birthday, Sheila! Thank you for your videos, and I wish you another year of good luck and success in your life...and more videos from you! It's crazy how a pandemic can alter our sense of time since we were in survival mode. It's as if those years ceased to exist and aging and time just seem so different now.

Happy belated birthday, Sheila! I was also born in 1990! I’m celebrating my birthday in a few weeks. I completely resonated with what you mentioned about feeling as if we are still stuck in 2020. Turning 30 in the beginning of COVID really did something to my brain that I still feel I’m 30 😅 as if the last few years haven’t really “counted.” I enjoyed the video! Thank you for taking us along! Hello! Love love love all the fun fun fun activities you did. I just turned 38 few days ago, same as you I don’t know how to feel about this. I turned 30 and life happens, loads of things happened felt like I didn’t have the chance to process the turning 30 era, then Covid happened and only now I’m recovering from everything that is going on in the past.
I too, love coffee shops (hey we love latte and oat milk it seems!), books browsing, and downtown indie bookstores!
I wish you feel better soon, we are all learning to know ourselves everyday here, its nice to know theres someone who is tryin to do the same. we are not alone! hugs ❤

Yeah. I think the 4th, 5th, and 6th year are "mid" years. I am going to be 37 in the summer. I don't question it, I just enjoy my life. Happy birthday though! Of note, I am also a big fan of coffee shops. I usually go to the same shop in Annapolis every Saturday and I sit there for 2 or so hours...reading, writing, thinking, people watching, listening to music, talking to the baristas, playing Switch, etc...Lol, I also peruse book stores. Notably B&N and BAM...I love me some Joe Muggs...

I turn 27 June 8th, feeling a bit depressed by that. No where as accomplished as I most likely should be compared to others around my age. I'm wishing you a happy early birthday! I understand the feelings of comparison and not being where you want to be...life is certainly an emotional roller coaster pitting ourselves against others. I hope you can find some peace as you turn 27. (27 was one of my favorite ages, I think because it's my favorite number haha...I sometimes feel forever 27 but maybe that's changing now that I'm 34 lol)
