My favorite bike brand combined with Belgian beers and the ultimate profession of the Racepoint shop, the release of the SL7 did not really feel complete until Racepoint released a build video! Super awesome, I'm interested in the taste of the beer as well as I never had that one before. Kinda disappointed though, on one of the SL6 builds you had 4 Grimbergens and now only 2 of the Brunes... up your game guys! Fascinating to see where all the cables go, can't wait to have my own SL7.
Well it took a while, and Covid didn't help very much, but I got mine ..... an incredible ride / with my new SL7 black carbon, white decals............SUPER
Just need right tools and experience is all you need. And depends on the bike. I can tell you that Tarmac SL7 is among the easiest ones to build from scratch. Couple hours should do it.
Great video :) Looks like it takes at least 2 people, 4 bottles of beer and full working day (check windows - it was dark outside at the end) to build this $13k monster :) Really like the tech. Although junction box is at the worst possible location (behind the saddle) and will sink in water and dirt.
Easier for teams and mechanics. Doesn't meant its easier for the end user. But seems like that's what people want (internal cables are a nightmare I'd rather sacrifice a watt at 50km than deal with it.
Such a GREAT video, awesome build of course, but the video taken, sound mix, and especially the ending candy shots were incredible! Best I have seen in forever, so punch out more for us to view!
Hola me gusta mucho como arman las bicicletas, agregando que las que arman son un verdadero lujo, de alto calibre, hermanosas bicicletas. Saludos de chile maquinas
Hi. Thanks very useful. Which ratcheting torque wrench did you use to tighten the seatpost wedge bolt? My Park Tool torque wrench does not fit there (seatpost gets in the way)
Wow its so relaxing to watch especially that back ground music and the way he gently hold those parts, that bike is so clean no external cable visible I love it , but can't afford one or any roadbikes hahaha.😥 Hello from Philippines💓
Hey! Love the channel. Do you know the weight difference between THE Green Tint Fade over Spectraflair/Chrome AND Carbon/Color Run Silver Green. Preferably size 58. ( cant find that info online )
I’m just not getting this recent trend with gumwall tires on modern racing bikes. It’s like putting whitewall tires from a Studebaker on a brand new Ferrari.
It's functional, it makes the sidewall more flexible and therefore more supple. This means while everyone is freewheeling over rough sections, you can continue to keep pedaling hard. If you don't believe me check out reviews of the specialized turbo cotton tires, and if you have a chance you should ride a pair. They are game-changers.
Where is this shop located? looks like it's in the middle of a neighborhood, sick place though. Anyone know how much these bikemakers make $ a year? seems more like a labor of love than actual career.
The first 15 seconds is the best part, we all can afford that :)
Just beautiful. If internal cable routing is the future, then mechanics are gonna need a lot more beer.
The sound of that carbon seat post when it hits the table is amazing
The shots at the end are so dope! Great camerawork/editing. This bike is unreal.
It is not a launch week if Racepoint does show their build! I was waiting for this video! Good job guys!
Wow. Didn't realize this colorway is like a mix of grey and green. Really unique.

I was hoping that this build would show up from you guys! Awesome job! I love watching this art in motion. Great work with the video editing also!

Looks easy but those internal cable routing is a pain.
In reality, it's not too hard. I know because I've done this a number of times.
You'll get used to it
Yep its gonna be real hard for my mechanic to do..
Just need right tools and experience is all you need. And depends on the bike. I can tell you that Tarmac SL7 is among the easiest ones to build from scratch. Couple hours should do it.
Yes, but with Di2 and hydraulic brakes it is almost one time job.
All the different paint schemes of the SL7 thus far bella!
Hab schon sehnlich drauf gewartet!!! Danke!!!
Best part of that whole bike is the junction in the seat post

Ah enfin une bière de la région... Très joli ce SL7 avec reflet vert !
Beau travail les amis. superbe ce vélo et, il parait qu'il est redoutable sur toutes les routes, plat, montées, descentes... Vélo parfait :)

Love 💘 this video! Great music and editing/close ups at the end also!!!!!!

9:15 Beam me up Scotty, I m ready for the test ride 😂
You should do powered by racepoint merch, I’d love a decal for my bike or if a headset top cap with it on. Advertising for your shop/ channel!
🤔
OMG!!!!!! It's a belgian shop!!!!!!!! I'm so happy right now:)
Oleeeeee
Perfecta!
Just about to ordered the S-Works SL7 in Red/Black fade with Di2. Local dealer here sold out at the launch party (That I wasn’t invited to)

SRAM Red build please
Awesome clip
That color is amazing. The stealth decal is critical on this frame. The traditional bold decal just looks so odd on the SL7 for some reason.
One bike to rule them all
Wow its so relaxing to watch especially that back ground music and the way he gently hold those parts, that bike is so clean no external cable visible I love it , but can't afford one or any roadbikes hahaha.😥
Hello from Philippines💓
Already subscribe to your UA-cam channel hoping to see more of these 💓
BABY VENGE!!
Just when I thought Specialized could not get any better...
Finally a new build video! ❤️❤️
Sooo awesome!!! That bike is fire!
quelles sont les références de graisse que vous utilisez pour le montage ? Belle réalisation (bravo achim)
Superb job as always but no BB installation this time😢😢
Mesmerizing ! great video
Molto bello unica nota negativa, la birra doveva essere più fresca ! 🤣ciao ciao dall'italia
Great video...where can I find the wahoo or Garmin mount? Anybody knows?
編集がかっこいいい!!!!(sl7もかっこいい)
yes! i've been waiting for this! 😍 thank you 😊
I freaking love these videos lol Good job, guys
Will the sl7 frameset run the new 12 speed di2? I'm guessing it will?
I want this bike, Dream bike 😭
makes us 2

beautiful bike,montage too
Woooow
What is that mark at 6:59 near the dropouts? Kinda looks like a paint crack
Does the seatpost from the SL7 fit an SL6? I really like the idea of the Di2 junction box being in the seatpost.
No it can't, the SL7's seatpost's depth is greater than the SL6's.
How long does it take you to assemble a bike from scratch?
Whats the Name of the bike computer mounting? Great Video by the way!
🍺 very nice build...cheers !!!
Anyone know what size/length DI2 wires are needed to do this build for a 52cm Tarmac?
That color is sick
Hope u guys give aways old or not well known frames, but really like your dream build vids ❤️
Need your help - when you cut the cable do you need to bleed the system again? I have the same set-up Dura Ace, which are pre-bled.
Yes, because you may have introduced air into the system.
What do you use to clean the surface before applying the Racepoint sticker and Roval Valve sticker?
Silicon Remover
No reverse wrap tape service for the aerobar?
Love this bike
The best of
Beer is a must!
This is dream build or unboxing?
SANA ALL
Hello , how much does it weighs on your scale ?
крутой, блин заляпанный только, единственный минус матового карбона
