Love all the little accents with the oilslick spokes/chain/cassette to play off the holo accent stickers on the Force stuff. I have a 2yr old Aethos that I put some Supacaz oilslick Star Fade tape on, now I want to replace the Force on it with the new gen Force with the nicer hood shape and holo accents just because. Thank you also for doing a SRAM build, most people use Shimano.

I see these builds but when I go out bike riding on weekends, I am yet to see a person riding with an SRAM equipped bike......I've never see one. Heck! I've seen more with Campy and obviously the vast majority is on Shimano.

Use a different unit with a longer stem. This is one of the prices to pay for one-piece cockpits.

you should thread in the pin first then put on the olive - how would you determine if the pin is inserted correctly.
Sram has a thread in the olive.
@@racepointbikeshop thats not what I meant - you screw olive and pin at once - how would you determine if the pin is inserted far enough or too far if you screw it in like this - you cant see the state of the pin. normally what I would do is screw in the pin separately first until it is properly inserted - then you put on the olive. that is also the reason why you should always use a new pin and a new olive if you detach the system because olive and pin cant be seperated after they have been installed because of the pressure.
not sure about direction of handlebar wrapping… i thing this way is wrong. during race you can remove a wrap from upper point
Some customers don't want the sight of electric tape on their bikes, top-down wrapping isn't my favourite. When I'm not given any requests on how to wrap bar tape, I always do it like how Calvin Jones (Park Tool) does it as long as the tape can be wrapped this way (those that barely stretch can't).
When you spent 8k on the frameset and 3k on the drivetrain, lol

@@racepointbikeshop Yes, it seems to me S-works SL8 has the 4iiii Precision Pro, all I try to read about it basically says it’s old and has been replaced by the newer (and better) precision 3.

For the weight you need to watch the video. ;-) Price is +-12.500Euro
If you crash and one of the brake bends to the side the brake hose will over extend or brake. At this point you are done. If rider fails to check and there is linkage your brake will fail. I ran only dura ace or campy super record for road. MTB I ran either xtr or sram AXS. Waiting for campy to come out with a MTB version. After 18+ years of road cycling and racing, for typical yo, disk brakes are not necessary. If you average 24-26 miles per ride I can see disk brakes or if you do lots of climbing. Other wise disk brakes are overkill. The bike industry is just after your money!

We always weigh the bikes without these things. There are too many differences in the weights. For example, Shimano SPD-SL vs Speedplay or aluminum bottle cage vs carbon. That you can add yourself yes simply itself.

Its pretty funny that in 5 years or so this bike won't look as appealing and it'll be worth half the price (maybe even less).
I'm not playing these games. I'll get more fit and I won't depend on the carbon hype to get better at cycling
