@@rickharnish6757 Well let’s clarify a few things. 1. It is NEVER easy to negotiate a 99,000 dollar discount. 2. There is no fire sale going on in our area. 3. Insurance and COA’s not HOA’s ( this is a condo) are not running sky high in our area like they are in other areas. 4. This condo complex is inspected on the regular and most likely is prepared to offset any huge expenses to avoid assessments that you speak. Are you a realtor?? Maybe an investment banker?? We would love to see if we could help you turn that frown upside down. Give us a call.

Yes that place is Awesome....You need to buy one, they are rent machines!!!!!
I luv going to that place and nosing the owner is subsidizing my vacation as the rent doesn’t pay the expense of owning it
