I love the editing of the video!! Also, you are great at storytelling and sharing information. Very well spoken and beautifully shot! Informative truly
Very informative video. The sandwich looked amazing. I enjoyed the beautiful scenery. The google earth of the places you went to paints a realistic picture of the areas. The places looked very remarkable.
Rok, at each attraction I thought wow thoughts, and each Wow became greater till No1 WOW, that DOME. It took my breath away. I would love to see all those attractions, but then during a quieter period. Who knows what the new normal will look like. Maybe like some national parks in New Zealand, Only limited entry per season so as to preserve the natural beauty. Just like these attractions. Not with thousands per day but fewer in number giving everyone more space and ability to enjoy a longer gaze at what there is to see and admire. Another fantastic presentation. You are an inspiration. 👍🎥🏆🍷🌷🙋♀️
Thank you OmaFarAway. Love your comments. At the moment Italy is quite OK regarding COVID and all this amazing places in Florence are almost empty and wonderful to visit. I believe we have a special opportunity at the moment to visit these places and really enjoy them. Once COVID is behind us it will be back to usual crowds.
@@rokgoesaround I fear you are right Rok only hope that we have learned something in these past months. We have elected to stay within our country's boundary for a while though should the opportunity arise that I may visit my children in New Zealand and Australia I'd be off like a bullet. ❤️
The view of the Baptistery of St John from above is so cool, it looks like such a beautiful place inside and out. Great learning some historical titbits as you explain each place. Hope to visit Florence one day.
Dear Rok, thank you so much for producing this video on Florence. I’ve been to Florence 6 times and didn’t know a couple parts of your video. I am looking forward to going back to Florence and visit the garden and check out the town hall again with a real eye on the history. I’m glad you mentioned the hill with The statue. It is a beautiful area. Thank you!,
Thank you. Florence is such a rich and wonderful city, that it can be discovered again and again. Thanks for your comment and I wish you an amazing experience.
Hi Rok! Love your energy and story telling of your travels especially here in Florence. I will be visiting soon and was wondering where to buy that one ticket that can enter all museums?
Thanks for asking. There are two passes in Florence that give you access to most places. They are very convenient but financially they are not the best value. Firenzecard is temporarily suspended. So The Florence City Pass is currently the only option and it is available here: www.turbopass.com/
Hi Rok, just a little point to note. When you hovver over the video play list the duomo is incorrectly labelled as Santa Maria Novella. Great video though, well explained and wonderfully shot.
Let’s all chip in and have one big beautiful vacation. But you suggest it. Melinda and Dennis were never there. Take friend and guys girls young old. I will be a group vacation always cheaper and my friends a travel agent

Looks nice and good use of maps. Just seems too crowded for me so I'd have to go in winter.
Thanks. Well summers can also get very hot, so off season is always best to avoid crowds.

Rok you are wonderful! What time of the year did you visit Florence? It looked cold and crowded. Planning to visit mid September! Thank you
Thanks. Mid September is perfect timing to visit. It is going to be nice and warm but not scorching hot. I was there in April.

Thanks for pointing that out. Now it is fixed. Happy you liked it.
