Before Clear Cure Goo changed the world, I used to tie something like this using a glittery craft glue that was a little flexible, almost like a fluke, love it. I need to do more with UVs.

Plug Flipper Thank you for your feedback! Such a simple tie and yet so effective right? I fish it for seatrout and perch.. But its very versatile so you Can just tie it a lot bigger and go hit some pikes as Well.

Bruce White for Pike i would probably go for a 1/0 or 2/0 hook.. Or Maybe Even tie it on two hooks and make it articulated and twice as Long..

Matt Wessel in the video i was using a laser pointer uv torch thingy - but it is actually to dangerous, especially if you have small kids.. that lamp Will destroy an eye.. Im now using a really great one i found on Amazon wich is rechargeable and cures the resin even better and safer.. There is a link in the video description were you Can see the specs.. 👍🏻

Pressured fish will inhale this streamer. I tie a ghetto version and even it gets eaten up by smallies and trout. I wish I could try it out on some picky largemouth and striper where I used to live.

yes, a streamer hook will do the job just fine.. The inventor of the pattern - andreas andersson - ties them on streamers.. You should check him out on instagram.. He´s a streamer GOD! ;-)
If you like this type of fly I’d try to make a mitey cray crayfish fly created by fly maker miteyquin. He’s on UA-cam and did a great crayfish which reminded me of this for some reason! I

What is the light and why do you use it???
It's a UV cure resin so the specialized UV flashlight cures the resin.
thomas hurley the light is uv light.. the glue reacts to it and cures instantly.. (4-7 secs)

fly fishing it all depends on where you are from.. but they should have it in you local flytying store or on the HomePage where you usually buy you stuff..
