My wife and I spend a lot of time exploring the local woods and sitting around a campfire and so we carry a 6 gallon water jug and a shovel. We put out about 4 abandoned fires a year. We were both wildland firefighters so the smell of active smoke is a giveaway to look for the abandoned fire. With so much fire damage here in the mountains of Arizona it is still amazing how many people have no fire sense. We also carry a roll of heavy duty garbage bags in the truck to haul off all the crap in the fire pits that people leave, metal, glass and plastic. Its just getting worse as time goes by.
I rolled up to a campsite once, didn't see anyone, only to have the firepit suddenly light up from whoever was there previously. I always make sure to drown my fires thoroughly.
SmokeyBear🐻 would be as disgusted as I am about that fire! Irresponsible campers (actually people anywhere & everywhere) with no respect or sense of responsibility for natural areas (especially) really upset me! 🤬 It is such a beautiful area! Did you ever find out what that water pipe thing is?🧐
Wow, beautiful location! Bummer that guy burned his garbage AND didn't do a good job putting the fire out. Humans are such a blight on the planet. When that thing by the road started clicking it sounded like a Geiger-counter and I thought, "Uh-oh." LOL
I think my dogs are pretty smart where they walk, they will get a thorn once in awhile, but they love to explore so we will deal with that when it happens.
I get your concern about the windy, narrow road with your rig. I currently own a 45’ diesel pusher coach and I’m ultra paranoid about where I’m going. It’s easy to get “stuck” in a position and you are unable to turn around or dangerous to back down. Not fun! Beautiful place!
What a rocket scientist! "Let me leave a fire burning that includes personal mail with my name and home address, along with materials like plastics that aren't supposed to be burned!" People NEVER cease to amaze me. Could this be why there are so many wildfires out west? I realize there's a lot of sand and rock there, but a breeze could blow a piece of paper or cardboard into the brush, and .... Looks like a great place, we'll have to check it out!
@ gotcha! But those are the types that start those major fires. I would have no sympathy for them if you did turn them in lol. I can be a hard man sometimes 😇
@ you leave camp fires smoldering, without saying you leave camp fires smoldering. You are the type of people who shouldn’t be enjoying public access things because you screw it up. Move along kiddo. 😂
Nothing smells worse than burning household garbage and plastic. Some people are just nasty. Great location and beautiful landscape. Enjoy the scenic views and y’all be safe out there. ✌🏻🇺🇸
Thorns and spines and some chemicals on plants were developed by the plant as a self-defense mechanism also the spines absorb water droplets which run down to the base of the plant 🌵 helping it to survive. Mother nature. PS I hit that thumbs up button LOL. See you on the next video
Big no no to leave a fire in Australia! Can't even have a fire half of the year but tomorrow is going to be 104 degrees Fahrenheit and it's not even summer yet!
Could you imagine the next person coming to that fire pit not knowing. They build a fire in the pit for the kids to roast hotdogs and marshmallows on. With all that poison burning in there.
Looks warmer. I can’t wait to live exactly the way I want to. When it comes to Nomad life I’m as wonderfully blown away as you are. That’s terrible about the trash! Don’t people care about our precious environment? Bag it up and take it when you leave so its better than the way you found it! 😊I’d like to know what the pipe thing is that was making noise.
That there is what is called casual campers. They buy an RV, go where ever and never do it proper. Maybe even RV renters. Like they have no camping common sense.
That camper must not have ever watch Smokey the Bear! Never leave a fire burning! Don't burn trash. Shame on them! Glad their mail did not burn all up, a ranger will find that mail I hope!!
Why ask why? Lol people in my neighborhood burn plastic and other things you can tell. They keep their yards in mess with trash. I just can't understand some people and I know I never will.

I do pick up plastic trash and nails mostly from my campsites, But I tend not to clean fire pits unless I use them. 🌲🌵
Happy it wasn't a dead body 😅.
That valve thing is interesting.
Absolutely Beautiful campsite..... sad fellow campers don't respect it and see it as a gift.
I rolled up to a campsite once, didn't see anyone, only to have the firepit suddenly light up from whoever was there previously. I always make sure to drown my fires thoroughly.
people never fail to disappoint.😡
Wow Got Out, that's one beautiful area!! Thank you for sharing your adventures! 👍🏻✌🏻
Another great video! Thank you!
Thanks for watching, glad you enjoyed it! 🌵🌲
I am a full time RV with my dog Ozzy a miniature Australian shepherd. Really enjoy your videos 😅
What an amazing view! Thank you so much for sharing it.
It sounded like you found something decomposing when you were talking about the smell. Beautiful spot. That is so uncool to leave a campfire burning.
Could it be that some people are so stupid as to believe it is okay to burn trash? I’d say yes.
SmokeyBear🐻 would be as disgusted as I am about that fire! Irresponsible campers (actually people anywhere & everywhere) with no respect or sense of responsibility for natural areas (especially) really upset me! 🤬
It is such a beautiful area! Did you ever find out what that water pipe thing is?🧐
I was surprised no one commented about the water pipe! I figured there would be a lot of people who knew. 🌵🌲
😲 I'm with you! I am completely flabbergasted that someone would leave their camp like that. Good thing you were there.
Always love your suggestions and videos. May the good Lord watch over you and your family and friends. Peace and Love 😊.
Beautiful new campsite.... but a little weird ;-) That gurgling vent would freak me out! Thanks for another wild adventure, GO!

Oh!! Get the address, give it to the park rangers. They can handle it there. Turn them in now that you have their information. They need fined.
I figure it’s better to just share the incident here so others can learn. 🌵🌲

You voted for kamala didn’t you?
@ you leave camp fires smoldering, without saying you leave camp fires smoldering. You are the type of people who shouldn’t be enjoying public access things because you screw it up. Move along kiddo. 😂
Was wondering if you found a body or something lol
Hey GO it's always amazing to see you and Echo and Dagger it' always amazing to see you and you're video

Great video. Thank you.
Hello friend, I'm not sure what that thing in the ground is but it looks like it would be pretty good for attaching a dog leash. What do you think
Eko was afraid of it.
@@GotOut yeah he could tell it was man-made and didn't trust it. Very smart
Looks like a pressure relief vent. Possible water line of some sort out there.🤔
Your videos have the best scenery -and cute doggies - you are cute too
What a wonderful camp site!
Beautiful scenery, hope you all enjoyed your stay and be sure and come back and spend more time.
At least he didn’t leave the fire unattended. He found you to babysit it for him without bothering to tell you.😂
Well the start of this video got my heart going 🙃😳😖
funny thumbnail😁😊
Your videos are already simple, that’s what I like about them !
Keep up the good work! Always nice to leave a site better than you found it!

Great video. I sure miss Utah. Such a beautiful state

That just goes to show you there's no shortage of a-holes.
Wow all most 6k nice keep on camping
Awesome spot!🎯
That there is what is called casual campers. They buy an RV, go where ever and never do it proper. Maybe even RV renters. Like they have no camping common sense.
I hope someone knows what that gurgling hissing pipe is!!!
That sucks about the flaming garbage. Other than that it looked great!
That camper must not have ever watch Smokey the Bear! Never leave a fire burning! Don't burn trash. Shame on them! Glad their mail did not burn all up, a ranger will find that mail I hope!!
People just suck. I run into that a lot. Always pick up dog poop in the area of your camp before leaving!
Dog tie maybe ?
Why ask why? Lol people in my neighborhood burn plastic and other things you can tell. They keep their yards in mess with trash. I just can't understand some people and I know I never will.
Very irresponsible to leave a fire going! Plus using it to burn 🗑 . Very stupid.
