So glad to see KBeauty get a little bit more mainstream! I’m half-Korean so I’ve known about their products for a while now and until recently it was hard to acquire the items, but now everything is a lot easier to find online!! Thanks so much for showcasing all these Molly! Love your channel!!! 😍😍😍

Makeup application is a huge part of the glass skin trend. Prepping skin is always the first step but it’s very misleading when your stating you have double cleansed and used all these serums and such when you actually have Makeup on the entire video. You should also make it clear these very pricey recommendations you state are a necessity you receive for free!! You do not need to spend a fortune on this stuff you can actually achieve very hydrated skin prep with much more affordable product selections!! Lisa Eldridge has covered this trend in a more informational way including the most important step of how to apply the Makeup to achieve the glass skin look!!

I love this whole process especially on days I’m not wearing any makeup. BUT I find if I try to put makeup on top of this, it pills. I try to give each layer time to absorb but it still happens. Any advice?

Love your channel but did you know that (according to many skin specialists) Cetaphil does not contain even one single beneficial ingredient and what it does contain is the equivalent of toxic sludge. Whether you think it’s keeping your skin healthy or not, it is absorbed into your bloodstream and research has proven almost all of the few ingredients in it are carcinogenic. Cetyl alcohol, an emollient used in many cosmetics, is essentially a wax. Propylene glycol is a common humectant (meaning it brings moisture from the air to the skin), but it also enhances product and chemical penetration into the skin and blood stream. Sodium lauryl sulfate is a foaming agent, and skin and eye irritant, that disturbs the healthy lipid barrier of the skin, and parabens are a group of preservatives being phased out for potential health risks. Not sure what your thoughts are on this but its a bit scary!

I agree about the cetaphyl. It’s a combination of very toxic ingredients. I send it for years, then started reading the research you refer to and it’s a very detrimental product.

    I definately missed the Serums!!!!
I use 2-3 Serums before the day or night creme.

You clearly are still confused about the glass skin trend, with is by the way an old one.. and still confused about essence and toner..this was nothing but some ad for glow recipe..wearing make up and pretending to actually prep the skin was such a dumb idea...so disappointed

blonde I know right ☹️ the fun part of watching routines is seeing at which point/step or product actually makes the skin glow. Like Gothamista after cleaning and 7 layers you can see her bare face glow. I’ve come to love a Pukyuang essence because of seeing her

@@Elizabethx15 Celebrity makeup artist Lisa Eldridge has a really good video on her UA-cam channel of the Glass Skin look. She starts with no makeup on. It was really good, in-depth video.

I do not trust Korean beauty as far as ingredients. Companies there do not have to be as transparent as US companies do. There's a lot of four skin and human growth hormone in their products.
