The universe’s crazy moon logic and homey vibe is perfect for the often nonsensical problemsolving of Adventure games. But these are simply far too restrictive with the Telltale formula. If you could combine this kind of narrative adventure with a Scribblenauts-esque ‘mash anything together’ logic you could have a legitimately fun and charming game.

Im glad they went under; I just wish they'd been sued to death vs peacefully going out (then taking the owners of the IP to court to get their licensing back, nearly bankrupting them in the business. This chapter holds a special place in my heart, as was my introduction to videogames. My mom got it on her IPad 1, and whenever I got the chance I would play this game. After learning how to internet, I learned of the other chapters, and the whole collection became the first game I ever played on PC
One small detail I really like is how they kept the little holes in the eyes that they use to move them in stop motion- they could've omitted that in a 3D render but I think it's kinda charming
I feel like Wallace is some form of neurodivergent and Grommit is his service dog, the only one with sense. While Wallace is a good inventor, he needs a little direction from time to time. Honestly he'd be screwed without Grommit.

I hope this channel just turns into a Wallace and Gromit fan UA-cam channel. I can't wait for the inevitable video essey breaking down the socioeconomic undertones in "Walace and Groits - A Grand Day Out"
I have to say though: This game has charm. And it's like the only Wallace & Gromit video game out there that I know of.

you know, in hindsight Wallace stealing all the sandbags for his basement beach probably caused the town to get flooded since the sandbags weren't there to keep the water out lol
For a game made by those who brought us Minecraft: Story Mode (which gave us an awesome Wither variant), W&GGA's pretty comedic and entertaining, they really went all-in for their first outing!
I think it'd be more accurate to say that they seriously regressed sometime after Wallace and Gromit
