Just to think this comes all the way back from 1991- and is something that I will always keep on my play list. It has withstood the test of time 30 years later.
I swear with the right writers, some fresh music, (which I'm not dissin the old hits, she's never put out a bad song!) But still just somethin a lil more current & she restart her career in a NY minute! She'd have all us oldies rootin for her, then she'd gather a whole gang of new fans from this generation, I truly believe she's THE ONLY artist from 80s & 90s that could make one helluva comeback! There were alot of great females in late 80s-mid-late 90s who just faded away....but when you look at Reba, TrishaYearwood..... (I know there's a few more escaping my memory right now) but I am huge Reba & Tr8sha fans, and they can stay relevant in this time era, SO COULD LORRIE!!! Sooo, if ever given the chance, I'd bet my money on Lorrie everytime. She's still gorgeous, still spunky as ever lol AND hasn't lost a bit of that raspy, sexy edge to her voice that she's known for.......... SOO YESSS!! @@dragonflyy000 The problem with that is that the country music industry is trying to turn everyone into this shitty ass Kieth Urban and Taylor Swift Garbage that isn't even country music (it's straight up pop)- nobody is doing "country music" anymore other than George Strait and he's starting to lean a bit.
