I carry all my stress under my shoulder blades and in my back as well, so This helped so much and is easier than the other stretches I know. Thanks!!

does it matter if I'm a little chubby? does it affect my dancing movements? If so, should I start losing weight so that I'm more away from being stiff?

Once I figured out that I was basically moving my torso in a circle around my hips, this exercise became easier. This feels amazing! TY!

how do I apply these lessons to the dance I'm currently learning?
I have heavy upper body while dancing it looks very awkward how will I dance so it shouldn't move so much and doesn't look bad
