@@bobjames1521 Clearly you have no idea how ICE and electric motors work. There's no reason why EVs can't achieve the same kind of top speed as ICE cars have. There isn't any inherent limitation with electric motors that can't be overcome to achieve a higher top speed. The only reason why we haven't seen EVs with super high top speed is mostly artificial, not technical limitations that cannot be overcome.

It isn't about cylinders. Hasn't been for a long long time. When boost comes into play the amount of cylinders goes out the window.
@@stopsign4384 not true at all. The amount of boost you make and how many cubic inches you have directly relates to power. A 2.0 4cyl making 40lbs of boost isn’t going to make over 2000hp like a viper would with 40lbs. This gtr definitely has way more pounds of boost than the equivalent 3300whp viper. No replacement for displacement
The fastest engines ever recorded on planet earth are top fuel blown Hemi V8s. No 4 or 6 cylinder of any kind or make or any build or configuration has ever ran under 4 seconds at 330+ mph in a 1/4 mile. That is why American V8 is KING 🤴
