I just bought two as100.4 amplifiers. Should I have gotten the pro 4/10 instead?

I like the way tubes sound. They help bring out the mid base that is sometimes lacking. I'd love to hear these amps in person.
Buy a Milbert-bam235 then. Tube in and tube out. No bullshit.
Almost everyone I've seen in high end SQ sound systems swear by this company. I've always wanted to see one on the dyno. Makes me wonder if this is Deans new amp...?
I would love to see you guys test some of the stereo integrity amplifiers like this.

that foot print/ relistate sucks atleast for me that's what's been wanting me to change my hole truck stereo but with your few words it sounds awsome 🤘🏽
@@clittle1559 was finally able to have my dream build built. 2 4/10’s 2 1/10’s and the 8 to 12 Aero DSP. To me they definitely lean more towards a “tube” sound. Love it!
@@SOBaseball Those are not the same as this Amplifier as those are class A/B and this is class A A/B
I want the 8/30, but it’s only AB. Not sure I want to pay 4k for it. Will do two 4/30 A/AB

I run two Moscoso pro 5/30’s. They are pretty sweet.

These amps are about like god concepts. They’re so outstanding and great because you’ve been told and sold that they are.
A lot of guys competing in SQ competitions with them and they do sound good.. I own a set and have had a lot of other high end amps for comparison on a lab bench..
Kind of reminds me of the old Zapco AG series!
The crossover points and 10x multiplier on this amp should be on every amp. For some reason I typically only see that kind of crossover on really inexpensive or really expensive amps, but not the in between price range, like the Morel MPS400.4.
Love your shows. I just installed this amp in my car with the audison thesis and it sounds phenomenal.
May I ask what the going price on this is?
I think in the states it’s $2k plus but I brought it for around $1300 from a dealer in Italy

I'd be interested to see an amperage clamp during spirited listening...ive heard this amp can draw a ton of power and factory electrical might be left wanting in vehicles with tiny alternators. I have a pair of these 4/30's waiting to go into my ZHP but I'm weeks away from front stage being completed. Looking forward to an A/B with Zapco AP ampsagainst these 4/30 beauties. Thanks 5 star for all your videos. Love listening to you guys talk shop and I've definitely picked up a few tricks watching you work!

@@BodonismAfter broken in, Focal sound the best. I can’t wait to try the new K M line. Tweeter plays down to 600HZ. Unheard of.
I wonder what manufacture "high end set of speakers" Fernando has in his car and whether or not they will like the soon to be installed Gladden speakers more than those.

I would love a six channel or eight channel version. I know they have the eight channel with DSP coming out soon, hopefully they will have one without the DSP.
Compared with zapco AP series, how much superior are these pro series for sounding?

Be interested to hear your thoughts how it compares to the BRAX/Helix you recently installed in the Porsche....I suspect I will not hear your opinion, this feels a lot like a sponsored ad for a Mosconi rep, but, I have no doubt it is a fine product, and a product I would own...of course, after comparing it to TRU Tech,Phase Linear or MMATS, or perhaps ARC CXLR series...Surprisingly, I have never heard you make mention of any of these fine American made brands
what set do you recommend for this amp? Brax Matrix, Audison Thesis, Gladen Aerospace or Morel Elate Carbon Pro?

How can someone confirm where it actually switches from Class-A to AB? If it flips at .3 watts instead of 30, what's the point?
The eight channel with built in DSP is already available in Europe. I found it when I was researching eight channels with DSP’s that compared to the Helix V Eight DSP Mk2.

Your real-world dyno did not meet the specified manufacture RMS ratings?
What about thermal considerations? Installed in a trunk in Florida summers? No thermal shutdowns experienced?
No issues with the pro 4/10's or 1/10 in Houston. I heard the fans kick on maybe 5 times throughout July and that's about it.. Not sure how much the class A bias will change that.
No issues at all.
@@Douglasdimmadomer in Houston my 2|10 and 5|30 are fine. My 4|30 is dropping out on thermals. Even in the initial Mosconi video introducing the new amp, he says the thing gets hot...as you would expect. So install accordingly.

The 4|30 is mounted professionally in the trunk of my new Lexus IS 500 F Sport Performance and is driving the front stage Focal Utopia M TBM Tweeters in custom A-Pillars and Focal Utopia M 3.5WM Midrange drivers in the right and left factory dash locations.
Ahhh Mosconi... Sounds expensive. Made in Italy where most high end amps are made! Definitely must be expensive! White plain box, yep, extremely expensive!

Those Brax amps are gods compared to Mosconi.... With a full digital 196khz optical from HU to the amp is amazing and no one else is doing that
The guy in the Porsche is using his factory head unit not a Sony RSX GS9 Big difference
MOSCONI?.... until you hear what Abyss Audio, Sinfoni, Audiowave, or the new Helix C Four with ALL DIGITAL OPTICAL INPUT can do...this Mosconi is just a boss amp compared those amps ... Dont get me wrong. .... Gladen is a fuckin beast but compared to Audiowave, its nothing son

...i am surprised you have never tested or installed MMATS products..they are made in FLA.? They are not cheap, but, less expensive than that Mosconi. They are one of the few legacy brands that still have products that are , not only made in USA, but made in your back yard? You have an opportunity to support an American brand, that is made in your home state, but you support mostly Chinese made products. Or German made, as in the Cayenne...and now an Italian made Mosconi. But you have never made mention of MMATS, a brand that manufactures a quality product in Palm Beach, FLA...WTF Dean?...You live in the greatest country in the world, why not help support American brands? Especially when they are a stones throw away.I have no doubt the Mosconi is great, but give some props to your home team, check out a MMATS, take some pride in where you live.God Bless America
