Hi. In the past (about 10 years ago) I spent quite a bit of time exploring waters around Swan Inlet and Frying Pan Creek during 2 x 4 month tours at MPA. On the second one I made a video that will maybe give you some tips on where we were catching. What we found was early in the season the closer to the sea the better, until the dolphins chase all the fish away! The video is a bit long winded but will show you various areas we tried. It did require a bit of off road driving which your LR may or may not be cleared for. I bought a wagon of my own so didn't need to worry about that. @Jim610 hi mate, thanks ks for the info and video link, I have actually watched it before! I am back home now but will no doubt be back down with SAR in the next few months. I am more inclined to explore and go more of the beaten track when I am with others but alone I just need to be a bit more careful. Thanks again mate and Tite Lines G
