So many players have absolutely no idea what they're doing in training so they just end up afk-braining for like an hour in freeplay, which doesn't help you at all. I found your channel about 3 months ago, dont really remember how... You quickly became my favorite source for training tips and motivation. Thank you for being realistic! GC's and SSL's make training certain things overly complicated and forget that 99% of players cant touch them lol

I’m gonna put that training routine to the test. I usually play for at least a bit each day, and I will force myself to follow that routine. I’m currently at 1130 mmr in 2s and I’ll set a reminder to update this on march 1st with my mmr then

I quit from Rocket League a few months ago, i came back and instantly lost 2 ranks, i watched this video and just 3 days later not only i got back to my original rank but got 1 rank higher than i have ever been and achieved my dream of becoming a champ player :D. I feel like it’s better to watch gameplay of a couple ranks higher than you, as pros are often playing the game with mechanics most of us haven’t mastered. But honestly, watching pro plays is a lot better than not watching back any gameplay and so long as it helps to maintain interest and enjoyment in the game then that’s all that matters!

The part where you say “you need to do longer training sessions” is wrong. It has been scientifically proven time and time again that people improve way faster doing more smaller sessions as this is taught in almost everything when it comes to improvement. Everything else seems fine but I just got annoyed because this is extremely wrong.
