Hey Dmitriy! I finally got one of these. I haven't figured out how to get hot water out of the steam wand. Does this not do that? Or have you found a way?
Hi, so how to you rate this machine now you have had it for 3 months? I'm about to upgrade from the older version with the large steamwand.
I am thinking of buying the Delonghi EC885 model, but the temperature setting in EC900 model confused me, I like the coffee hotter.
Does the EC900 model have more hot water features than the EC885?
I would be happy if you help.

Not much changes, except new (much more user-friendly!) controls on top and this automatic frother. The frother is unexpectedly good, however I want to find a way to test on the longer distance.
P. S. The group head is still cold as ice 🤷

Damn. I've bought the EC885 about 2 months ago. If only I knew this was coming.
you won't get better coffe from this new one, also it looks to be about 500 dollars. stores in norway have it listed for such. if you can master the steamwand you will be getting better microfoam with the 885 and pssible a better-tasting cup
why there is two steam wands? looks harder to clean..
one of that tubes is thermometer, not a steam wand
still needs cleaned

It is self cleaning ... I am product testing one of these myself . Have to say rather noisy . but makes an awesome coffee
@@chriskautz3245NO. You have to wipe the milk off the outside of the wands like any other steam tip.

Approx. 8/16 grams fits into standard baskets.
hmm that double steam wand - looks a pain to wipe clean to get between the wands.....
One is steaming wand while the other is just a thermometer, totally agree
The steam wand doesnt get hot it wipes right off No problem, but this Fking video is useless
