20:23 What's up with that Orient Thai 747? Ever since March 2016 when I have flown out of HK, I've seen that exact same plane there all the time and it has never moved. Do you know why?
Thanks for watching! Well that plane is now a joke in Hong Kong's aviation forums haha Basically that 747 was operating regularly between Hong Kong and Bangkok. Then there was one time something was wrong with one of the engines while it was in Hk and the airline wasn't able to pay for the maintenance cost, so they just left it there... I guess they now can't pay for the parking fees XD
i remember there was another 747 in HKG with the similar condition in around 2009~2010, the airliner was unable to pay for the maintance fee, then one of the engine was removed for sale. I can't remember the exact name of the airliner, do you know the detailed story after that?
Thanks for watching! They have one of the best economy seats in the world!! I was on the older economy class and I think it'd still be comfortable for a long flight :D If you have time, please watch the review(s) available in the description of this vid, thanks!
+One World Flyer I will be flying from Melbourne to Sydney by Qantas, then from Sydney to Japan on the Japan airlines flight, so I hope I get a good seat. And I will try to check out the links
As a aviation geek myself I downloaded these start up sounds from different aircraft and now listen to them on a daily basis!
especially now we have nothing to do, this is the best 'eartertainment' 😂
Wow that was awesome! The flex just looks out of this world
Thanks mate! Yeah the wing flex on the B787 is amazing!
Great video man! Loved the wingflex and the lighting.
Thank you so much for watching!
Awesome video!! The 787 wing makes me feel sooo good. 🤤

Nice! The landing was smooth
Thank you for watching!
Why are the spoilers up a bit at startup?
my guess is to make sure everything works? It happens on pretty much all flights, the spoilers and the tail
That wing view 😍😍
I love it so much haha :D
First comment, and also great vid. How were the seats in the Japan airlines jet?

Cool! JAL uses the new economy seats to Australia!
The wing does not seem stable.
The flexing wings help to minimise the effects of turbulence :)
If it was rigid, oh boy those wings will snap, but flexing will help keep it from snappin
Epic
Thanks!
third comment. the wind when take off quite strong
+KENNETH CHONG Yeah the takeoff was quick as well :)
