@@ratrapalott normally in 1 minute a person burns 10 cal In 10 mins = 100 calories And in 30 mins= 300 calories But this workout is just too good that i guess it burns around 400 calories during workout and even more after workout
@@ratrapalott burning cal depends on a person's fat If someone is so fat that he will burn around 20 cal in a min If someone is sooo fit he probably burns only 8-10 in 1 min
