Is mocha pro option there in after effects 2018 version?

With that sort of thing you need to approach it in different ways. Try content aware fill. Then try content aware fill but with frame painting it out in photoshop first, you need to paint a few frames (you’ll get much better results, cause your giving clean frames). You can try mocha pro if you have it, it will give you the best results. The other option is to create a clean frame and track/mask it over the car, but this will only work for simple movements and perspective shifts.
