Hello Emily I am Robert; I wanted to introduce myself. I am a disabled veteran. I suffer from both PTSD and injuries I received from Iraq and are a physical challenge for me. I have a service dog who is a multi-medical alert K9. I got him from K9s For Warriors. And here’s the exciting part. Andy, my service dog, is all white Golden Doddle. He’s 59 lbs. And he’s wickedly smart and an excellent service dog. I suffer from flashbacks and nightmares every night (PTSD) and focal Seizures in my body (medical alert), and He also retrieves things from the ground as it can be a challenge for me to pick it up. I am a recent newcomer to your channel. I had subscribed to another channel called ‘chronically Jaquie’, but sadly, she passed away last year due to her illnesses. She was an amazing woman who did home/handler training to her Golden Retriever ‘Harlow’. In fact, when I received Andy from k9s for warriors last June 2019, I spent some time watching her posted videos on training, which was beneficial to us. You seem like a good kid, and based on your videos that I had viewed, you’re well versed on ADA and K9 service dog regulations. Although, a word of advice, do not let the people who take pictures of you bother you. No matter what you do, you’ll always be an interesting sight to almost everyone. I used to get a little annoyed too, but after I many times of someone taking a picture or recording me, I would ignore them unless they did it in an extradentary way that would get me to approach them. Such as when they follow me. Which I’ve had on several occasions. I go to Disney World often, or least we did until this pandemic of Covid-19 started. My wife and I often went to Epcot to eat dinner, or we would go to Animal Kingman and walked around for exposure and exercise. Or go into Magic Kingman and watch the parades and shows. We live about 20 minutes away. Best of luck to you and keep doing your posts. I am enjoying them.

Hi. Thanks for sharing all your cool gear. I have a question. Why do you use an e-collar on Wesley? I would love to know because I hear very differing opinions on this and I would like to know what your reason is for using an e-collar. Thank you very much.
Yay!!! I asked for this on IG yesterday I didn’t know you already had one in the works!! 💛 hope you’re feeling okay!! Would love to Know what boots you recommend?? Not sure if Wes has front dew claws (my guy does) and we’re looking for a good set for winter, and hikes!
I’m glad you liked it!! We use the summit tried boots from ruffwear but Wes doesn’t have any dew claws so I don’t know if those specifically would fit because they are pretty short! Ruffwear also has the polar trex boots which go farther up the leg though! (Not sponsored lol I just really love ruffwear)
Cheeroky canine equipment was who was recommended to us but I hadn’t heard anyone else talk about them. I think that’s the brand we will end up going with.

Im pretty sure she uses it for distractions:) when training, sometimes they get a distracted a little vibrate will help get their attention:)

Raelyn Raby I prefer Ruffwear, however for dewclaws CanineEquipment boots tend to fit better.
