I flinched so hard at the video he showed of Jules' incident despite it being censored. Never had the desire to go back and watch the actual incident until today. What a tragedy.
It's sad, but people should also acknowledge, that there were double yellow flags, he for sure had to know it from the radio and despite that he didn't slowed enough, so I don't want to be rude but he for sure had the partial blame for his accident. It was unfortunate that the recovering vehicle was right there, but he had to adapt better for the circumstances.
@@Ali007572 While that's true, the reality is that in wet conditions that were present even going at double yellow speeds you're prone to aquaplaning and even at those speeds a head-on collision with a car-recovery vehicle is lethal. Having a machine that is basically a death trap out on the circuit while there are still f1 cars running is inexcusible.
@@mrgalaxy396 Then he should have slowed enough so he could've prevented the aquaplaning, I don't know, I would be scared shitless and I would've tried to drive so I couldn't exit the track. Imho he should've predicted a lot better, good drivers in the wet can do this, so I think this kind of skill wasn't one his strongest.
@@Ali007572 The green flag was waved almost immediately after the double yellows and the positioning of the marshalls (in accordance with the FIA's own rules at the time) made it very confusing for drivers on track to assess the accident zone at the time given the wet conditions.
It was absolutely the FIA's fault on every conceivable measure. Yet they did not substantially reform their own policies and merely made the minimum effort to appear as though they cared for what was a wrongful death caused by their negligence. Bianchi did nothing wrong.

Would like to clarify that it was always Full Points in Japan, it was never changed to Half Points and changed back, that was just the commentators getting it wrong. Apparently no one outside the Stewards room knew the rules and that it was Full Points the whole time 🤣 Even the graphics during the race said full points, but no one listened to them

They should exclude some things from the budget, the cost cap shouldnt be a motivation to threat your staff worse.

Amazing video as always! Just one thing I never understood ever since the documents were released - how can they say "majority of the cost cap breach was spent on catering". If you have $150M to spend, and this is supposed to include *all expenses*, then you can't really say "oh yeah but the part we breached was just for catering", can you? If you breach the cost cap by $1M, then you have $1M extra to spend on anything. Can someone explain this, please?
Simple: The catering-expenses was left out when Red Bull did their numbers. They interpreted the rules as those expenses not counting towards the cost cap - with the FIA correcting that decision.

The nerve on the FIA chatting pure lies like that, you can prevent that incident with the MasiDeathMachine; those T bars you see coming down behind the trailer of a semi truck are there for the same reason. They’re designed to stop your vehicle going under the trailer in a rear end collision
