Aston kajjara was the MP in kyenjojo, his the person the road is named after, but Njjara is a suburb in fortportal oba a neighborhood it has nothing to do with the other in kyenjojo,. Fortportal is the city and kabarole is the district,.kyenjojo, and kabarole are in the great kingdom of TOORO.

I really don’t know whether standards vary in countries but if that’s what a rich neghbourhood should look like then uganda has alot to do.Check out to Kenya or South Africa check some neighbourhoods which a president has a house its looks some neat and aesthetic with well manicured grass well tarmacked n marked roads neat roads with pedestrian walkways streets lights etc.My grandfather home looks like neigbourhood and its in nyeri county.

That's how it has always been. Fort Portal has never been a district. It was a county(fort Portal Municipality) of Kabarole District before it became a city

Please my humble request is you to help define "rich" to the audience that leave beyond UG boarders and are used to different standards of neighborhoods for the rich. Would you like to consider showing us the Public schools, (Primary TO University) Hospitals etc for the people who would like to settle in Fort portal and they are assured they will access good quality services during their stay?
