Mac devices can connect to your virtual machine... the only problem is you'd have to choose a Operating System that most clients are familiar with ie your Windows Operating System fortunately you can select which OS device to stream at setup but what is most likely going to happen is your company will probably see this think oh: we all use Windows therefore Windows OS no say to that user over there and you'll be forced into streaming a Windows OS Workspace. Tough reality check for anyone running a Mac expecting their company to buy Mac OS Workspaces when they only use Windows OS at their Company.
I always thought VM is a "MainFrame" reborn but DAAS such as workspaces blew my mind away.
