I'm hyped 'cause in the reveal trailer, she used what was basically Stinger and Round Trip from Devil May Cry for her special moves as well as the fact that her rabbit plush can fire a laser reminiscent of Ryu's Hakouken Hyper Combo from Marvel vs Capcom!

No, this is not my voice. My wife is playing the role of Annie in this video :) I did the Skullheart's voice in, "Skullgirls Isn't Done," though that required post-production to get up into the higher range.

Personally, while I do think your voice is good and distinct, and I do like it, I think its a bit too low, and overly apathetic in the delivery, even though im sure that was the intention. Im just saying that you could do with a bit more 'flare' and 'energy' in it. Some of the people I roll with have this headcanon that she has an Irish/Scottish accent, to help differentiate her from the other characters, and adds to her personality.
While i like the direction idk how to feel about the voice much, given how even thought she is like immortal, and has fought for many years. She's still a kid, maybe like a higher voice would work with the same direction. Still really wish she was a fighter regardless
No. Annie was not one of the characters that won the IGG vote, so she's not part of the upcoming DLC. According to Lab Zero, there are no plans (at this time) to add Annie as a playable character.

SG2 is not currently planned, based on available resources at Lab Zero. Were their publisher (or any other publisher) to decide to fund SG2, that would always be a possibility.
