the soundtrack of this show is so wonderful, I'm glad they were willing to adapt things to use what worked best

I was hooked from the first frame... Such a brilliant and fresh idea for the show! And a mysterious, gripping plot combined with beautiful music, an excellent actor's play sprinkled with a bit of humor, not forced but organic!

I totally agree. Every aspect will grab ya. My favorite show after Breaking Bad.

Watching Severance is akin to remembering details of a dream.

There's so much I love about this show. But I do feel generally the soundtrack has been a little discussed and hugely underappreciated. It really makes the show shine. I adore it all. It's fantastic.

Absolutely brilliant. We loved it. Wish I had this op when I worked at corporate companies in Canary Wharf 😅😊

I wondered why he didn't mention that the Lumon housing, apart from having that slightly "off"" feel, was surely amplified by being right next to what appears to be a graveyard. Presumably the final "resting place" for deceased Lumon employees????
Great show. Indeed one of my favourite shows from the last 20 year or so. For someone who grew up watching Patrik McGoohan's "The Prisoner" i get the same creepy vibes as that show did all those years ago. I guess that the surrealism (in this show, subtly done) is what appeals to me. But then i also love "The Good Place" (which of course also features Adam Scott!!) which is even more surreal, except with great humour.
    Stoked for season 2!!

I feel like that's relatively common for shows in their first season that turn out very successful. They'll wait for a couple or a few seasons later to give the Emmy, they don't want to give it too soon

@@thefinalballThey gave Emmys to first timers all the time

I just finished this. Really disturbing. Wasn't sure what I thought of it till halfway through the season, but I certainly kept watching.

Please don’t make us wait so long for new seasons! Especially when the show is this good and the cliffhanger was so insane. I’m aware of the writers strike and there were problems getting the second season written. Full steam ahead please! 🎉
