Nice looking bike. I really like the deadwood green color, and the Saddleman seat. I have a 2017 Heritage Classic in Vivid black and made quite a few modifications to it to include a stage II upgrade. What I like about the bike is that you can take off the bags, and the bike looks like a Heritage Deluxe. If you have a passenger, the bike rides like a true touring bike like the Road King. I will always recommend the Heritage for someone who doesn't want a heavy bike, and riding comfort and a bike that is easy to handle.
Well said Kenny! totally agree. This is my first bike and I love the idea of having a multi purpose cruising machine!! Thanks for the comment. Happy riding my friend!
@Saddlemen: I love seeing your seats on the newer HD heritage models! So clean and gives it an aggressive look! However, I do wish Saddlemen could match the rectangular studs vs the round ones, it would keep me from considering Ultimate Seats, as they do offer them. Keeps it tidy with matching the saddle bags. Here it works well though without the bags!
Looks good. I’m purchasing a 21 heritage 114 deadwood green later this week. I’m going from an 04 Heritage twin cam 88 so it’s going to be a huge upgrade
Glad i caught glad i caught your video I’ve been trying to find someone had a step up saddlemen on a heritage, just picked up a 2017 and was seeing if i was going this route or the profiler seat for the heritage
Nice bike. I have the 2018 anniversary. What is that white item attached to the inside of your windshield? It's on the right side about 1.5 inches wide and around 3 inches long. there is a good shot of at 4:35 of the video.
Love the look of the bike! I have a 2023 vivid black heritage and am slowly working on blacking it out more. One thing that caught my eye is your trim ring on your gauge/dashboard. Did you find a black one out there somewhere, or did you remove it and get it painted? I'm also looking at that exact seat to upgrade to as well, I love the look of it and hopefully it is as comfortable as I've been reading people are saying about it.
Beautiful bike, love the color. Some nice upgrades man ! Very cool ! Just found your channel, I'm happy to support you and other fellow motovloggers. Best of luck with your efforts, I look forward to seeing more from you. Take care and ride safe out there 💯💯👍👍
Outstanding Cycle you've done a very good job. I have a 2020 & just love the Heritage softail I added the Saddleman explorer seat. which is also outstanding. Keep up the good work with your Iron Horse. Ace from Baltimore
It actually brings you slightly closer…it feels like you have more control of the bike. Plus it’s slim so your legs don’t stick out. I’m a short dude. Thx for commenting
Beautiful bike. I was thinking of some S&S slip-ons for my Low Rider. Are the Rineharts very loud? Ps did I see a Grateful Dead sticker on your rear fender? Thanks.
Thanks Mark! And Yes...Steal your face on the fender! hahah...good eyes (of the world)... The Rineharts aren't crazy loud, but just have a great deeper rumble than the stock.
@@BotterPaleAle Thanks I will look at the Rinehearts. Not crazy about super loud pipes. S&S are supposed to be quiet (er) too. Thanks & keep on truck'in (or rid'in!)
Sweet looking ride. I just purchased a 2023 Heritage Classic but I’m not crazy about the seat. The Saddlemen step up looks incredible!! Does it place you higher up on the bike??
Beautiful motorcycle in the Deadwood Green. I have a 2020 Heritage and I went with the Vance & Hines Eliminator 300 slip ons and I’m satisfied with them but I actually think your Rineharts sound a little better. I considered the Rinehart and S&S but went with the V&H pretty much on price. Very nice mods and enjoy your bike. I love mine.
Awesome video and I love the color of that bike and some of the mods that you did on that bike absolutely make that bike stand out😃. I have a 2019 heritage Softail with a vivid black in the blacked out look and I got the screaming eagle stage three kit with D&D two in the one pipes!! The M8 Motor I’m seeing is probably one of the best yet and I already took in a couple long trips on his bike and it was very comfortable awesome!!
looks great in that colour ;; you can also get shorter screws to put in where you have taken the bags off ,, i have done that to mine , they are not expensive , harley sell them ;;
Love the seat I have the exact same one on my 2019 deluxe flde with 16" gangster ape and a willie and max swingarm bag, i just got the seat yesterday(12/13/22) took it out for an hour on street and freeway...riding has improved 💯... I ride aggressive and it's perfect for 80+mph with no windshield.
Awesome!! What colorway/trim did you get? I was kind of annoyed that the ‘22 models with Black trim already came with half the shit i upgraded too. Lol. All good. I still love chrome pipes.
If I could Not go with vivid black,my second choice would be the Dead Wood Green 👍😎🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 Fact... The tail lights, head lights and All lights do blink, but they are doing it so fast you cant catch it... Looking through the video that is running slower than your your eye sight,it catches Some of the blinking... Science😎

That TR/LS combo on the Ste Up looks great on your 21 Heritage! Thanks for choosing Saddlemen!
It does! Thank you! So in love with the seat and the look!!
@@BotterPaleAle appreciate that!
@@BotterPaleAle It does look CLEAN
ooh- how is it on long rides?

Thanks for the message. That white thing is my EZPASS (for tolls)
Can't go wrong with the Heritage. Love that Deadwood Green.
Thanks for the comment. The color had me from the start. Also, having the Blacked Out look really gives the bike a unique look!

Nice bike, does that saddle men seat move you closer to the controls or does it move you further away?

First review I've seen with the panniers off as that's how I'll ride it if I buy one. Looks good. 👍
Thanks buddy! "panniers"...that's old school. I love the trim look of the bike, but for long hauls I'll put them back on. Cheers!
Sweet looking ride. I just purchased a 2023 Heritage Classic but I’m not crazy about the seat. The Saddlemen step up looks incredible!! Does it place you higher up on the bike??
Sorry for the delayed response. Actually the seat keeps you in a similar riding position. Just slightly higher

Right on! Thanks for the reply.
That sticker on your air filter looks really nice, hope you keep it on 👍
Really nice. I'd have to do a suspension upgrade as the roads around me are horrendous, broken pavement, pot holes etc...really bad.
Thanks Barry. Good point...I really try to avoid those damn potholes...Thanks for the look!

Nice bike Bro,the Heritage Line is amazing and I think next to the King,it’s the best handling and road trip comfortable
Thanks for the comment LaneHawg. I'm really in love with the bike and especially how it handles on the highway.

Thanks for watching! The I just rode the bike HARD today on some fun roads. Still SO impressed with the handling and torque!

Bad ass bike dude I love the Heritage softail
Bike looks good, just picked up the 22 heritage.
Awesome!! What colorway/trim did you get? I was kind of annoyed that the ‘22 models with Black trim already came with half the shit i upgraded too. Lol. All good. I still love chrome pipes.
I went with the white sand pearl on black. I normally like all black but everyone will have that. The chrome pipes do look good. A Nice contrast.
@@BlueRidgeMoto yea! Love that pearl!!! Congrats!!!

Чудовий👍
Thanks.
Get rid of that 401D front tire.
I'm sure you realize that it sways handlebars side to side. The groove in the middle is no good
Hi Thank you for the comment. This is the first I'm hearing of this. I don't feel the sway as much...what other tires for you recommend?
Michelin commanders 3
Or Dunlop Elites
I had a very nice 22 Heritage until Tire tracked other way going around a corner
Does the saddle men seat sit lower than stock?
about the same
I hope by now you’ve figured out how to peel that stupid sticker off your air filter.
Thanks Brett. I don't mind the sticker, but now that I know it can come off, I'll check it out. Thanks bro!
I am little concerned with your EZ pass hanging like that...
Haha already fell off. I leaned my lesson
Good work but get those ugly reflectors off of the front forks.
Totally agree...although they've grown on me :). Cheers!
I have the mustang seats on my 2015 heritage. The saddleman seat looks better but that mustang seat is unbeatable for comfort. Beautiful bike man!
Thanks! I'm really happy with the Saddleman seat now that its broken in a bit. Appreciate the look...
