For those of you going to law school, what type of law do you want to practice? For people already in law school or who have graduated, do you agree with my list?

@@abd-po6669 That's up to you. If you're more passionate about law, then I'd consider changing. If you're satisfied with your current career, then stick with that. Ultimately, it's up to you.

I studied philosophy, but I'm not an avid reader. I hope I can get by reading only what is necessary lol. Regardless, the LSAT is the first indicator of whether or not law school is a good idea.

LSAT is definitely the first indicator of whether law school is a good fit! This video was mainly about signs of whether you should even take the LSAT in the first place 😂 Being an avid reader isn't required, but it definitely helps, especially when you're first learning how to pick out what's necessary in a case. With a philosophy background you'll be fine though. PHIL students are some of the highest performers throughout law school.

Absolutely!! Some of the best lawyers and law students I know are actively looking for ways around the rules! That's the category I fall into too, and I'll always encourage people with that mindset to pursue law school!

I say in your first year read every case from the case book. After that, get an account with quimbee and read the case briefs or watch the videos.

Why do I know what water law is once you mentioned it? It's mostly a West Coast thing (given their water scarcity).
