Thanks for the nice tour of DeLuna. I agree the rule needs to be changed when it comes to seeing someone's ID. If this current rule doesn't change soon, eventually the pools will be filled with people that don't live in the Villages as the Villagers will be the one's picking up the tab for the increased wear and tear. The rules need to change soon.
Deluna is very nice. The adult pool is a great gathering spot and the walking paths are nice. The Village’s should had placed an executive golf course in this community. There was enough land next to the turnpike, instead they place a bunch of homes where residents get to listen to traffic. The nearest executive is Lowlands which is always full. Richmond and Marsh View can’t compare to executive courses. Keep up the good work Skip.

My wife’s aunt lives on Silvanna Way which was the street I think you met a client on and that’s where we stay when we come down. Her aunt is from downtown city life and purposely wanted a house that would give her a small amount of street noise. Every time we come down, there are cars parked in the street like you pointed out and I’ve seen the villages security truck come and have people move their vehicle. I also thought it was interesting that you really not allowed to use your sprinklers all that much. I think she can water her grass via Sprinkler, Tuesdays and Fridays between certain hours I think. But you will see a lot of people watering late late night. But overall we love the place and we are making arrangements now where we can move to middleton in the next year or so.

Skip please share more info on these people who are using our Pickleball courts here in Deluna. If I know what time they are there every day, I will show up and I will call Community watch. I don’t understand why that woman didn’t call Community watch as soon as she saw them showing up again and again.
If I had that info I would give it to you. Some lady just walked up who recognized me and told me this. I can't confirm or deny any of it..I did see the people in question drive in and get out to play.
I have seen these homes and it seems like when you go down the street I just see garage doors and the homes are behind the garage 🤔
You are correct.. My wife doesn't like that either..In Indiana our garage was on the side not visible from the street..
Thanks for the ride Skip they look like nice villas that golf cart garage back home would be for snowblowers lawn mowers maybe a boat lol it’s disgusting that people on the outside are allowed to use the things the Villagers pay for in amenities. When I was visiting with my friend and walked the villages yes I did use the bathrooms in occasion but I felt funny even doing that sometimes I used the port potties cause I didn’t like to use the pool bathrooms or the fitness centers. Yet these people think it’s alright like it’s theirs I don’t get it

The walking trails are a nice added feature. Those people using the pickleball courts ... such a shame. That should not happen. I totally agree with your opinions on that.
Sue likes them trails also. I think they're safer...Rohan won't admit it but this happens alot

I'm a fan of the walking trails
The new section looks cold and sterile. It doesn’t look fun or energetic or resemble Florida at all. I like the character more up north in The Villages but I’m just me and everyone is different.
Nothing wrong with up north. You probably like the more mature landscaping up north. Remember DeLuna is new. In 5 years it will look much differently.
