Yummy! Loved it all and got some new ideas, especially gapao and the mushroom, bacon, and asparagus pasta 💖💖💖, so thank you! Chili peppers aren't difficult to find here, but regular grocery stores only carry a few hot varieties. I love to use Thai chili peppers, especially in fried rice, and I have to go to an Asian grocery store that's relatively far from me, so I buy a large package of them and then freeze them. I find the frozen ones are still really good in dishes so maybe you could try that, too. When you do find chili peppers in your store, buy some extra and freeze them so you have them whenever you want?

When do you decide to use chopsticks or forks/spoons?
Linna that you egg roll has made you have use a spoon not a chopstick 😅
Haha, you are right, I could have use a spatula or something, but sometime cooking with just a pair of chopsticks could make the work flow very well. 😂
How did you make rice for the last recipe?
I added some grains into the rice 🍚!
