Supreme Court must only speak on subjects they really follow in reality. SC discussing transperancy looks like an irony. The justices of SC have no transperancy in regards to their net worth and assets, their appointment etc. They are not covered under RTI. So teaching others transperancy is leading without example.

it takes a few days for a ruling party to create a new law and implement it in total darkness, without revealing anything in public domain, But in contrary it takes 6 years for the highest court to remove this veil and secrecy. This shows how much power a government has over everything else in this land, hence it proves we need parties that are more down to earth and not people with autocratic attitude in power..

Public Institutions should work with full truthfulness and trust of the citizens of the nation.
Hon'ble Supreme court should ensure that donors are not witch hunted by political parties for giving donation to rivals. Now at least corporate donors are giving money in white unlike a decade ago when no one knew who gave and how much.
